The wells are separated by fiberglass insulation, which allows for better heat retention and different holding temperatures for each well. For maximum heating versatility and temperature retention, each individual well is warmed by an exposed heating element that is independently controlled by an infinite control knob.
You can put pasta, meat, pizza, or other delicious foods in food pans to meet your business needs with this powerful large electric food warmer, which can hold two full size, 8" deep food pans. This steam table is designed for dry use only, but it can be used wet with the addition of a compatible spillage pan (sold separately).
A 7" wide x 1/2" thick poly cutting board, as well as an 18 gauge stainless steel support shelf and brackets, are included with this food warmer. Cutting ingredients will be easier with the cutting board. Additionally, the sturdy undershelf is ideal for storing extra serving utensils, food pans, lids, and other kitchen essentials, allowing you to keep all of the tools you need within easy reach.
This electric steam table is constructed of heavy-duty stainless steel with galvanized legs to ensure the durability and dependability you require for your buffet or catered event. For added safety and reliability, all switches are equipped with mechanical guards.

Because the steam table came with a foreign plug (NEMA), I have yet to use it. Despite the fact that it is stated in the specification, I was unaware of it because my attention was drawn to the 110V. It is not appropriate to sell this table in the United States. Hopefully, I'll be able to locate an adapter. If you're buying in the United States, the description should say so. An adapter is required. Right now, I'm so disappointed! 😡.

- The spilled/water trays should be specifically stated as not included. br>Add "frequently bought together" to the list. br>"Pan adapter bars" is another useful suggestion.

It's a great product, but you'll need to buy and install your own electrical outlet. This item was damaged when I received it, but it is still functional.

When I first opened the table, it was damaged. However, the packaging was satisfactory; however, I am dissatisfied with Kitma's product. 110 V commercial Electric food warmer 4 pot stainless steel.
