It is solved by using the lid holders. It's also helpful to be able to serve three dishes while using only one plug. Another issue I encounter often when hosting parties is not being able to use more than one outlet. There aren't enough outlets in my house. One great feature of crock pots is that each can be set to a different temperature since each has its own control. As I prepare to host Thanksgiving in the near future, I will again use this product.

There is so little living space in my kitchen that every square inch counts. Unlike any of the others, this unit was much narrower because it had only two legs. There are 5 crocks in my garden (I compared for hours on end), so it fits perfectly. Other items to which this is a replacement have been gifted. The design is pleasing to the eye. There is one downside give yourself more time to prepare your dishes than the recipe suggests. Once you use it once, it's not much of a problem per se. After you get the adjustment, you'll have no trouble making time to do so. In terms of placement, it is fine, but it would have been nice if they were on a hinge so that the lid could be lowered in place with the lid on top of them. Therefore, when you need to check the progress of a dish or serve it, just lift the lid and that's it (not having to wrestle with a hot lid). There are few things that could be more fitting for holiday gatherings than this buffet set. Despite its great price, it was missing lid rests, therefore, it only got four stars. As a result of contacting product support, Alex was able to contact the manufacturer, who will send out the missing lid rests.

The food would not heat after it had been on for one hour, still with a strong burning smell. I thought that stupid units had an electrical cord that was too short to be used easily. This is not the first time these issues have been reported.

The smell is bad. I chose it because of the size, the color, and because it comes with The design is quite good at its core. In the side panels are handles that are easily slided out for moving the sled. It is the smell that constitutes the fatal flaw. There is an obnoxious burning plastic smell coming from this thing. My point is not to discuss the smell that new appliances have when they are first used. During the hours that the unit was in use, the smell lasted for hours. Even worse, the smell of the drain continued to exist after it cooled off and was It was the only way to get the smell out of the house, so I got up in the middle of the night to package it up for return. Our only complaint was the smell.
The product looks nice, does what it says, but we cannot stand the smell.

Despite its best efforts, the company was unable to. The lid holders were sent incorrectly. It was not possible for the company to provide the correct files. Although we managed to get the wrong ones to work, inserting and removing them was difficult. I was pleased with the performance of the unit. I made sure the food stayed warm, but remember not to overheat it.

I received my 3 station crockpot buffet today and one of the ceramic pots is broken in half, as well as not even a single lid holder. I had Amazon refund my money, but I am pretty bummed about it. A birthday party for my daughter called for this.

The color and the size are my favorites they heat up quickly, are easy to clean, and can be stored in the refrigerator. This is a very useful set, hard to find one that doesn't get used tons, and the food stays warm in them while you serve. I like this item in my kitchen a lot. These are the ingredients I use to make lots of different foods.
