For the past month, I've been gushing about this thing. On a typical week, I use it five times, and it has never let me down. It comes with a timer, so I can set it and forget it. This is ideal because I can load it before going to work in the morning, set the delay, and then set the timer. When I get home, my food is not overcooked and is still warm. I recommend using more liquid than the recipe calls for; for example, if the recipe calls for 1/2 cup broth, I use a full cup. After having the same one for over a year, I decided to get this one for my sister. It's something we use on a weekly basis. It's simple to operate and maintain. These pressure cookers are not only time savers, but they also cook meals more efficiently than a slow cooker. I used to cook a lot in my crockpot slow cooker and was concerned that the pressure cooker's speed would result in lower quality, but the opposite was actually true. The flavors seep into the vegetables and meats because of the pressure cooking. My one-hour pressure-cook pot roast is better than my six-hour slow-cook pot roast because the meat is just as tender, if not more so, the house smells delicious while it cooks, and the flavor is superior. I'm still grateful that I bought one, and that I'm now paying it forward for Christmas this year.

Because of how expensive these things are, and because not all of my friends are happy with the performance of their expensive instant pressure cookers, I took my time getting into the instant pressure cooker game. So when Amazon put this Crock Pot Express on sale for a limited time, I decided to buy it. It has made me and the rest of my family very happy. There was a learning curve for someone like me who had grown up with rice cookers and slow cookers. It was extremely beneficial to watch a few videos on YouTube. It also helped to have a couple of Crock Pot Express recipe books on my Kindle. Cooking time is saved by up to 80% with this method. My teenage son used it to cook sweet mango sticky rice, which he made for the first time and turned out delicious. I used the saute function to make fried rice in it. That turned out beautifully as well. This is unquestionably safer than my mother's pressure cooker, which once exploded and sent us fleeing to the kitchen table for safety. It's well-secured, and the simple release dial makes releasing steam a breeze. Cleaning it is also a breeze. I bought the 4 qt because I like it so much. for my son to accompany him to college.

We employ it far more frequently than we anticipated. The recipes that came with it are excellent, and there are a plethora of others available online; the best part is how quickly it cooks. My wife has used it twice to make baby back ribs, and both times she has been pleased with the results. We don't usually cook ribs because of the time it takes to cook them. It's quick and easy with this thing, and the ribs are delicious. It is also simple to clean. At least twice a week, we put it to good use. The only additional item I would suggest purchasing is a lid seal. If it breaks down over time, you can order a replacement from Crock Pot.

I got on the bandwagon and went shopping for a multicooker when they first started to gain traction and popularity. But the sheer number of different brands, models, and features overwhelmed me, so I gave up. And, while I really wanted one, I couldn't figure out which one was the best. br>br>So, last week, I came across this while looking for a replacement for my Crockpot (which has had a long and hardworking life). A brand I know and trust, highly rated by ATK, with all of the features I wanted plus many more, for only a few dollars more than I expected to pay for a regular Crockpot? It was a simple choice. br>br>As a result, I went in with high hopes. I washed it right away and began reading the pamphlets that came with it as soon as it arrived. I figured there would be a learning curve, so I chose an extremely simple recipe from their booklet and tried it. We were blown away, and my expectations had been far exceeded. br>br>I've made a few things in it now, and I'm growing to love it with each recipe I try. Only the nonstick inner pot is something I wish I could change. I'd rather have one made of stainless steel. But it isn't Teflon, and I am content with that. Simply purchase silicone or wooden accessories, such as a rack (the one that comes with it is metal for some reason), tongs, and so on.

This product has since improved, and you can now release pressure from a distance. br>The pressure leaked from the inner gasket the first time I used it, and steam poured out all over the lid; however, I removed the gasket and re-installed it. After I installed it, everything started working perfectly! br>If you set it and forget it, it will cook your meal for you. It's incredibly simple and effective. The slow cooker function comes in handy as well. br> I used it to defrost a block of meat before cooking it in the pressure cooker. br>Wow, cooking has just gotten a whole lot more enjoyable!.

Her old pressure cooker from the 1970s was no longer working properly, and I didn't know what to get the woman who has everything, so I got her this! She adores it and claims that it is incredibly simple to maintain. I would strongly suggest this brand over other, more expensive brands!.
