I assumed that the term "pressure cooker" implied that using it would be time-consuming and potentially dangerous. It's the exact opposite: I'm not a huge fan of cooking, but with this pot, I've been daydreaming about what I could cook in it. I even cooked a whole chicken in it, and it turned out to be extremely juicy and tender. It doesn't "brown" the food like an oven does, but it thoroughly cooks it. It cooks quickly and is simple to use and clean afterward. Simply remove the inner pot, wash it, and wipe the outer casing clean before storing it.

It's very simple to use this instant pot. It's a big hit with my husband. He uses it frequently to prepare Park, beens, carrot chicken soup, and roasts, among other dishes. In comparison to our previous program, he likes how intuitive it is. The safety features are also appealing to us.

This purchase hasn't let me down so far. It has a variety of settings for various foods. I've found that the default settings for each type of food are spot on. It also comes with a timer for whatever you're cooking, which I find extremely helpful.

When I first got it, I read the instructions and used it the next day for the first time. I quickly realized that reading the instructions had been a complete waste of time because I had obviously slept since then. Even if I couldn't remember any of it, it did make it much easier to locate what I needed in the book. I purchased a pressure cooker cookbook and found that it worked well with the instruction booklet, so I now keep them together. Despite the fact that the cookbook had a different brand name on it, the concept was the same and it worked fine; I chose this brand of cooker because of negative reviews for a well-known brand that claimed it broke the first time or had some other issue. I'm not sure, but I believe these cookers are all made in a few factories with different labeling, and if there were only a few of them, this brand had excellent reviews. I'm happy to report that mine went off without a hitch. There were no issues, and the ribs, if I do say so myself, were fantastic. These are useful to have, and this is a less expensive version that has received yet another positive review.
