The Traeger cookbook from 2008 is one I own. Is this a new recipe book or a reprint?

The fundamental guide – It's all good

This is the grill's companion piece. We lost ours, but there are a few good recipes on the internet. Kolbi Ribs are one of our favorites, but they don't do well on the Traeger. We use the marinade recipe with a pinch of red pepper flakes and let the ribs sit in the refrigerator overnight or for several days before torching them on a regular charcoal grill - They are outstanding!.

It could have been cleaned up a little better

This recipe book is no longer in print, and it is no longer included with new Traeger purchases. br>If you can find one, it's a great way to get started with Traeger. The one I found had been used and had a few pages that were stained and stuck together with a sticky substance, and it could have been cleaned better before being sold. I managed to get rid of the stickiness. . . . A good buy on the whole.

Recipes are fantastic. The spiral binding holes, on the other hand, should be square rather than round, as the pages are difficult to turn and hang up. I should have started with the online version, but I prefer the printed version. Due to binding and page turning issues, this book was given a lower rating.

Mine, on the other hand, was returned. It's a bit pricey for what it is. But I returned mine because it was identical to the one that came with my Traeger from QVC for free.
