The Artisan Outdoor Oven Accessory is inspired by a traditional wood-fired brick oven and is ideal for pizzas, breads, meats, vegetables, and desserts.
The outer moisture from the dough is absorbed by the ceramic stone, resulting in a perfect crust that is moist and fluffy on the inside.
Pizza stone made of cordierite ceramic, with a Double Wall Stainless Dome that improves heating dynamics, a built-in temperature gauge, and is ready to use right out of the box.
There's also a recipe book for the Italia Pizza Oven.

Questions & Answers

Is it safe to use this to make casseroles?

Perhaps a cast-iron casserole?

I'm not sure what size pizza peel I need. 9" in width?

That would be ideal.

On a explorer 2 camp grill, can this be used next to the grill box?

Yes! It's fantastic!

Costco just gave me a tundra pro. The website for Camp Chef isn't very clear. Is it possible that this will work?

It will only work if the length is 14 inches from front to back.

This pizza is fantastic! The day it arrived, I made pizza
5/5

The first pizza was an experiment to see if I could get the temperature just right. They advise that you take med- 15 minutes at low heat I bumped this up to medium because it was a little low. The second pizza was delicious. I used flour on the peel to make it crisp on the outside and nice and chewy on the inside. Because flour tends to stick to the bottom of the pizza, I'll use corn meal next time. It takes about 5 minutes. It's time to start cooking.

The learning curve is short
5/5

Depending on the type of dough, altitude, desired thickness, heat-up time, ambient, and internal temperatures- You'll need to adjust the times accordingly. br>br>Since purchasing it, we've been using it outside to make all of our pizzas- Using less fuel, creating less mess inside, and using a smaller heated oven - Unlike our home oven, which has a pizza stone. Unlike when using a stone on a grill, the top temperature is high enough to brown the top while the bottom cooks. This is where the learning curve and advantage are found. I aim for a 6-star rating. With thin artisan crusts and no eggs, it takes 8 minutes to cook. Sooo, br>br>Sooo, br>br>Sooo, br>br> Begin with a lower stone temperature, around 500° F, and a 15-minute warm-up period. In terms of consistency, I'm not quite there yet, but all of the pizzas were fantastic (to the casual non-pizza eater). a person with OCD).

MY CAMP CHEF PIZZA OVEN IS EXTREMELY APPRECIATE
5/5

So far, everything has been delicious! I've made a few pizzas and have been keeping the temperature at 525-degrees Fahrenheit so far. 550's pizzas are excellent. br>It fits my Explorer gas stove perfectly. On a windy day, I suggest putting your metal pizza peel in the opening to keep the heat in. This oven was very simple to put together; the first step was to wash your stone with warm water only! Before putting the stone on the stove, make sure it's completely dry. EASY! Just screw the wing nut on the bottom and place the thermometer on top. Third, unscrew the four stone holders and place your stone inside. Replace your stone, center it, and screw in the four screws. You're ready to COOK now that you've placed it on top of your stove! Keep the knob on your stove between high and medium when you're ready to cook. Keep an eye on the temperature and, if necessary, adjust the heat. I hope you enjoy your CAMP CHEF PIZZA OVEN as much as I enjoy mine!.

A temperature of 550 degrees Fahrenheit is ideal
5/5

The wife has it down pat; she makes a good pizza at a temperature of around 550 degrees. It's difficult to cook pizza directly on the stone due to sticking issues, so she uses a cast iron 10 inch skillet, which works much better. I'll buy her anything to keep cooking enjoyable for her, and I'll reap the rewards.

It turned out to be more effective than I had anticipated
5/5

Cooks in a hurry. I bought it to use while camping, but I tried it out at home today on my CampChef Yukon stove to see how it worked. I was taken aback by how well it functions. br>br>Pizzas are evenly cooked and ready in a short amount of time. We made several ten-inch pizzas, and I believe the majority of them took about seven minutes to bake at 550 degrees. I preheated the oven for about fifteen minutes, first to warm up the stone. br>br>The outcomes were excellent. The crust was similar to that of artisan pizzas made with high-end wood-fired pizza ovens. establishments that serve pizza over an open fire Also, the cooking was consistent; The toppings were also cooked to perfection. It's a little strange that a stove-top can be so useful. In fact, cooking in the top oven would be very even. br>br>The oven easily maintained 550 degrees by setting the stove to somewhere between low and medium. I had to adjust the control every now and then to keep it where I wanted it. That is, however, to be expected. In addition, the built-in thermometer functions satisfactorily. br>br>We've only used it for pizza, but biscuits, flat breads, turnovers, and other baked goods would be simple to make with it; next, we'll try baking something in a small cast iron skillet inside the oven. br>br>I was given a single-single-single single-single-single-single- It comes in a burner version and is the perfect size for a ten or eleven-inch pizza. If you need to make two pizzas at the same time, I suppose you could get the two-burner version, though it will be heavier and will always require both burners to be turned on. I don't mind that it only cooks one pizza at a time because it cooks so quickly, and I can use the other burner for traditional cooking at the same time. I like the size. br>br>I bought the Camp Chef pizza kit separately, which includes two wooden pallets, a broad metal spatula, and a cutter. Unless you already own these tools, I strongly advise you to purchase this kit. Without them, getting pizzas into and out of the oven would be extremely difficult. br>br>Because it contains a real pizza stone, this oven is a little on the heavy side. It has a lot of substance to it. It is, however, worth its weight in gold. br>br>I'm looking forward to camping season so we can bake at the campsite; pizza will be a hit, but it'll also be fun to experiment with rolls, flatbreads, and biscuits. It would be necessary to use a lower heat for rolls and biscuits, as well as a cast iron baking pan to better diffuse heat. Let's see how things turn out. It's just nice to have a wider range of choices now. br>br>This is a product that I strongly recommend.

We kept seeing this item in the product catalogue after we bought our Camp Chef 2 burner stove, and it always stayed in our minds because the idea of having fresh homemade pizza while camping sounded appealing
5/5

We ended up purchasing it, as well as the recommended pizza paddle and spatula, which you will undoubtedly require for this product; his oven is extremely well made, extremely sturdy, and it performed admirably. It fits perfectly on top of one of the burners while leaving plenty of room on the other.

There were no instructions, so I had to rely on Google! Although my husband is still working on perfecting his pizza skills, he is a fantastic oven! Always preheat the stone and avoid using fresh dough
3/5

There was no mention of this in the instructions! Instructions should be more detailed!.

He's an excellent pizza cook! I purchased this a few months ago and am very pleased with it
5/5

It's simple to put together on my Campchef, warms up quickly, and makes a delicious pizza or flatbread. I haven't tried cooking anything else yet, but I intend to do so soon. This is an excellent purchase.
