No, there isn't a book that tells you how long your food should take to cook. This item is not something I would recommend. It doesn't heat up evenly. The temperature at the bottom is higher than the temperature at the top. A single plate has an uneven heat distribution. Mine was a complete disaster. I made a quick donation to the Salvation Army. It's possible I should've thrown it away. br>This is the only item I've ever received from Amazon that has been defective.

I agree not to use frozen grease, it's really unpleasant to grill and they'll wear it off very easily. I prefer grilling very thin hamburges with only 3 minutes cooking time since when the hamburg is cooked medium size hamburgers it can be as simple as flipping them over

IMPORTANT NOTE: Many people have complained that the grease collects in the back of the grill because it isn't sloped enough. I believe most people are unaware that there is a stand on the back that can be flipped to increase the slope angle. br>br>Like other reviewers, I was unaware that this grill did not have the removable plate grills that have been standard on all George Foreman grills for the past 15 years. Cleaning becomes extremely inconvenient and clumsy as a result of this, and for many people, this is a deal breaker. But it was because it can serve "nine" hamburger patties at once that I bought it. Everyone knows it's a lie, but it's twice the size of the next largest George Foreman grill, which only seats "five. " My old 5- The new 9-inch serving size grill can hold up to three patties. The serving size grill (144 sq. in. ) is more than twice as large. 72 sq. inches vs. Now it only takes me 12 minutes to cook 12 patties (I always cook 12 at a time), but it takes a little more effort and time to clean it. Finally, it lacks a temperature slider, which I don't mind because I always set my old one to the highest setting, but others may. Advantages: br>br>

I set it at the sink's edge, tilted it towards the sink with the back stand, and scrubbed the bottom tray while spraying with the sink nozzle. It's more difficult to clean the top tray. I scrub and spray the top tray while holding it sideways in the sink.
When I first got this model, I was disappointed because my GF 4 serving had removable grilling plates, but this one did not. Let me just say that this is a good thing! It's not a big deal at all. You can wipe these plates down while the meat is still standing, or wait a few hours after eating to warm it up and wipe it down. I use paper towels most of the time, with a damp dish cloth (an old one) thrown in for good measure. Removing, soaking, wiping, washing, and whatever else with the removable plates is a lot easier! Pictured atop a four-story building. In bad or cold weather, I grill on my three-burner electric stovetop.
For years, I've had a George Forman grill, and they're fantastic. This one has a large cooking surface, which is ideal for cooking a large amount of food for a family at once. I would recommend it to anyone who wants to eat less greasy food. The fat drips off and collects in a tray as it cooks. I brought this up because I thought it was important. The George Forman Grill in a more up-to-date form. The only reason I'm buying a new one is because the 20-year-old one is worn out. year- The non-stick George Forman grill, which is still better made and cooks like a beast from hell, is an old George Forman grill. After many years of use, the stick has worn out. I can still cook hamburgers on it, but I must spray it with non-stick spray. Spray the grill with nonstick cooking spray to prevent the meat from sticking. Anyway, the new one isn't bad; it cooks well; the only drawback is that unlike some other models, you can't remove the grill plates for cleaning. Another issue is that the grill is too level. On my old grill, the back legs tilted the grill, allowing grease to drip into the tray. Grease was barely dripping from this new grill. So I had to improvise. I took a small measuring cup and placed it between the back legs of the grill, tilting it to allow the grease to drain more quickly, which it did. The original grill appears to have been made many years ago and is no longer in use.
We have a large family, so having a large cooking surface is essential. Our favorite time to use it is for breakfast, because we live in Delaware, where scrapple is a way of life. It would normally take an eternity to cook in a pan, but there is no need to flip it because the George Forman plates are heated on both sides. br>br>However, one thing I didn't like about it was that it only came with one drip pan. I have the old Forman grill parts from the one I threw out because this is my second Forman grill. If you're going to cook bacon on it, you'll need two. br>br>It's a pain to clean, but then again, so is everything else. br>br>I must have had my first one for almost 5 years and used it constantly; hopefully, this one is built similarly to my previous one.
Out of all of these types of indoor grills, this one is by far the best. All you need to see is the Foreman's name, and that's enough to tell you everything you need to know. These grills were invented by Foreman and have only improved over time. The even heat, the grill space, this grill is truly the best, and it produces the best 1/2 pound steaks.
