Selected User Reviews For Nespresso BNV450IBL VertuoPlus Espresso Machine with Aeroccino by Breville, Ink Black
It could be on the right side, as shown in the illustration. In front of you. Alternatively, you could go left. It is simple to turn. br>The water tank holds a significant amount of water. There is no maximum score, only a minimum score. However, because of how you'll be removing the tank, I wouldn't recommend filling it all the way to the top. br>According to some reviews, leaking was a problem, and it was suggested that the instructions be followed. Tilt back and remove it, according to the instructions. As a result, we follow suit. We've had no problems so far, and we use it twice daily. It's so simple. It has a short warm-up period as well. br>Because it's the holidays, I've been using the 7oz cup pods to make mine with egg nog. I pour about a quarter of a cup of egg nog into the glass. I don't stir it at all, so it starts out with a nice strong flavor. br>I adore this machine because it is quiet, simple to use, and produces a delicious cup of caffeinated delight! EDIT: br>br> The year is 2020, and the date is December 1, 2020. Our equipment has begun to leak. Several customers had experienced leaking, according to the reviews. br>At least three times a day, we use our nespresso. On a daily basis, I read the reviews and saw that it was important to read the manual and pay attention to how the reservoir should be removed. Instead of pulling straight up, tilt backwards first. Our leaking is coming from the bottom. It creates a reasonable shambles. br>Unlike some reviews, I was able to handle this without difficulty. Is it possible that it's because we've reached the end of our Amazon window? We are, without a doubt, still within the warranty period. br>As a result of the leak, Amazon was unable to assist. They did, however, refer me to Nespresso, which was extremely helpful. br>Nespresso was also very helpful in my experience. They're available at all times of the day and night. They were courteous and accommodating. We attempted to troubleshoot by performing a factory reset. It continues to leak. br> A faulty inner seal can occur from time to time, according to the representative, and it's a simple fix. A replacement will be assigned to us. br>br>Does this make me less likely to recommend or love the product? Not in the least. br>Defects do occur, and Amazon and Nespresso were extremely accommodating. br>When I get the new machine, I'll post an update.
The fourth update has arrived. br>Long journey, we sent the machine to be repaired, which took a long time but is still working after nearly a year; I assumed it was the rubber that held the pod in place. We've left the machine running. I'm not sure if that's why this machine is still running smoothly, but I'm not going to do anything to find out. br>br>3rd revision: br>It's been a month and a half since we've seen each other. BAM begins to leak once more, causing the same issue as before. I couldn't even complain anymore, so I went to the Breville website for customer service and followed the instructions. This machine isn't even available as a choice. br>I'm attempting to contact an Amazon representative in order to resolve this issue; however, after reading all of the other complaints, I DO FEEL SCAM, as there are far too many people complaining about the same thing, indicating that they are well aware of what they are selling. br>I received a refund; however, I wish my machine had lasted at least a year because I adore Nespresso. I suppose I'll have to dig around for a better vertuo machine option. br>br>2nd update: br>I persisted a second time and was able to locate an agent who was able to assist me and will soon have a replacement; hopes are not lost, and I am glad I didn't give up. br>br>Recent changes: br>br> br>Worse than that! It began to leak after a few days, and it took me a few days to realize what was going on because it began as a minor issue and has now turned into a disaster. It leaks coffee, and I've been in touch with Amazon three days after the return window closed. I am not receiving any assistance in resolving this issue. br>I've noticed a lot of people expressing their dissatisfaction with this. br>br>Our Keurig recently died (after almost 5 years), so we were on the lookout for a replacement. We came across a deal on Black Friday and BAM! We've hooked each other. The coffee is of excellent quality; however, the pods are not inexpensive when compared to the cost of a single Starbucks drink. This is a great deal, it's simple to use, and even refillable pods are more environmentally friendly. You can't deny that the Keurig gives you more options, but they've gotten too expensive for me, and I'm happy to have this new machine, which adds a nice twist to my coffee.
I've had the machine for about 9 months now, and it's started leaking coffee out the back while it's brewing. Mind you, it wasn't a small cup of coffee. For a typical 7. 1/5 to 1/4 of the coffee in a 77 oz capsule leaks out the back and pools on our counter (staining the countertop, unfortunately, because we didn't notice the leak at the time). Worse, my wife and I have only used the machine about 70 times since purchasing it in late 2019 (based on the total capsules purchased and used). Also, every couple of uses, I clean the inside of the machine, because otherwise, a few coffee grinds will float on top of your coffee. STAY AWAY FROM THIS MACHINE, is our advice.
This machine is a complete shambles. Last night was the first time I used it, and it leaked all over the place.
