This is a manufactured product. in China. It used to be known as Aicok, and Mueller only changed the front label to "Mueller." My first Aicok lasted for five months before the pump broke down. One of the replacements leaked right away after being installed, while the other lasted for 24 months before failing. I bought the Mueller because of the marketing ploy (Austria), but was surprised to discover it was identical to the Aicok with a different name when I received it. This time, I went ahead and bought the extended service plan.
8. It is very small. 5 in. 4 from front to back 5 in. wide, 9. 5 in. tall.
The original 10 oz. bottle is still in my possession. The coffeemaker shown in the photo is the older version with the smaller water tank, not the updated version with the larger water tank. My small- a ten-ounce footprint For the two months that I've owned it, the capacity coffeemaker has performed admirably; the coffee comes out piping hot and remains so after adding a dash of chilled coffee creamer. I'm very happy with the unit, and I'm hoping it will continue to be dependable and trouble-free in the future. free.
The tank holds 48 ounces and makes six, eight, ten, or twelve ounce cups of coffee.

I chose this one after researching virtually every available single k cup brewer I could find, and I am not disappointed. While it is still early in the game, I am blown away by the performance of this low-cost, space-saving device, which delivers HOT coffee quickly and is extremely easy to use. My only complaint is that there isn't enough clearance to accommodate taller coffee cups, but I was aware of this prior to purchase. You can fit a 5" tall mug under the spout if you remove the drip tray. I am completely satisfied with my decision, as long as this unit stands the test of time. Before making my first cup of coffee, I ran a few courses of plain water through the machine to remove the plastic taste/odor, which I highly recommend because I dislodged a couple of very small particles during the first two runs.
Pepsi and Coke are both excellent beverages. McDonald's and Burger King aren't exactly my cup of tea. But, to be honest, I can strongly recommend Mueller Austria to any coffee connoisseur. I've purchased everything from coffee grinders to espresso machines to electric kettles to Keurig machines, and they've all been fantastic. I had an issue with my order today, and their customer service quickly resolved it. Normally, I don't endorse brands, but I know a lot of coffee drinkers who would enthusiastically endorse the following products: )br>br>Recently updated: Keep the filter with you at all times! br>When the filter became stuck to the Pod and the machine exploded, my sister threw it away by accident. It still works, but I ended up with some nasty burns as a result of the process. Make sure the black filter stays in the machine when you're ready to throw it away; it's easy to remove, and if you put a Pod in without it, it might explode.
My new coffee maker is fantastic! It's replacing a similar item I bought about six months ago (cheaper, different brand) but never got to work. Every time I've used it, it's been flawless, and it makes a perfect cup of coffee. I'm using this with Boyds 100% compostable pods and the Mueller product is true to its statement that it works with both K cups and non K cup brands and it works It's compact (saving counter space), effective, and, most importantly, it doesn't puncture the pod like the cheaper brand did. I would strongly suggest it.
PRODUCT RETURNEDbr>The reason I only gave this product one star is because the coffee tasted like burnt plastic even after I ran a couple cups of just water through it. br>I must have poured at least 25 cups of water through it and brewed 6 cups of coffee. The first five were unpalatable due to the noxious burnt plastic taste that lingered and continues to linger. Coffee pods aren't cheap, and all I want is for it to work properly and make a good cup of coffee. It was not worth the money or the effort. br>This item was returned, and I replaced it with a Keurig.
This morning, I used it for the first time and discovered the issue with this machine: when it starts to brew, it busts the k-cup. The coffee grounds and the cup are all over the place! When it happened the first time, I assumed it was due to the k- So I cleaned up the mess and replaced it with a new one, and it did it again! Don't buy; I've already squandered my cash!.
I threw out my coffee because it tasted like burnt plastic. It's returning to its previous position. Aside from that, I have a cute and small footprint on my kitchen counter.
For about ten years, I owned a large Keurig machine. Because I use a french press for my daily coffee but keep a "cup at a time" unit for the occasional cup, guests, etc. , my massive Keurig was both pointless and not being used to its full potential. I had the impression that I was cleaning it more than using it- Who wants to drink 'fresh' coffee from a machine that contains stale water? Because you only add as much water as you drink at any given time with these smaller units, the water isn't old and crusty. Having said that, if you have a large household with multiple coffee drinkers and the unit will be used on a daily basis, I recommend purchasing one of the larger units with a large reservoir and brew size option buttons. As someone who owns both, I can attest to the fact that this is a significant benefit for multiple users. This is ideal for occasional use because it requires less maintenance.
Someone else will receive this as a Christmas present. I haven't made up my mind yet. When I have one, I'll add it to this review. br>br>Recent changes: br>br> This was a Christmas present for my mother, and she absolutely adores it! This morning, she had her first cup of coffee and declared it delicious. The machine has a small footprint, about half that of her Mr. Coffee countertop maker, which holds 12 cups. The company also provides excellent customer service, with a card inside the box containing a text message or QR Code link for a free coffee sampler. My mother works in the field of technology. I was stumped and unable to get either of them to work. At the very least, she tried, but she left it to me to fix/manage. I emailed the company last night, and they responded this morning with a request to confirm the address.
