Cleaning is a breeze. I've never washed the bread pan itself because there's no need; only the paddle at the bottom needs to be washed.

LOVE IT! This is my first bread maker, and I was pleasantly surprised to discover that you can simply throw everything into a machine and produce delicious bread. It came with some measuring tools as well as 19 different bread-making options. When the machine is running, it is very quiet. I really like how each step of the process is shown on the small screens. The bread turned out beautifully and tasted great. THIS MACHINE IS EXTREMELY APPRECIABLE TO ME! I would strongly advise friends and family to use this service.
I've had a Hitachi bread machine for more than 30 years, and it's finally broken down. br>I usually use the bread machine to make pizza dough, but today I used it to make wheat bread as well. br>On both counts, it performed admirably. It's not nearly as tough or well-built as my old Hitachi. The kneading paddle appears to only move clockwise, whereas my old Hitachi reverses during the process, kneading both CW and CCW. Also, this thing's motor isn't nearly as powerful as the old Hitachi's, and it frequently sounds like it's straining while in use. It does not have a fan to cool the bread pan after it has finished baking. br>It isn't as heavy as other machines, and the visible elements' construction isn't as good. br>However, if you're looking for a unique way to express yourself, look no further IT DOES AN EXCELLENT JOB AT A REASONABLE COST.
The device is in operation. The bread is satisfactory. The person who wrote the instruction book, on the other hand, should be taught English. It appears to have been written by a Techie who believes that everyone is aware of THAT.
So far, we've failed twice: the first time we tried our own recipe, and the second time we tried one of the recipes in the booklet (see photos for the recipe we tried from the booklet). We bought this to make bread at home because we now have a couple of family members who are gluten intolerant and we need to make bread that they can eat. br>The first loaf was undercooked and gooey, with only about a quarter inch of bread around the outside. br>The second attempt is a bit overdone, a hard glob that is also a chewy gooey lump of a food product. br>Perhaps it will be better. We'll continue to make an effort.
I just finished making my first loaf of bread with this machine, and it turned out beautifully, far superior to store-bought bread. I also used it to make sticky rice, which turned out beautifully. I'm looking forward to trying out all of the other options and recipes!.
I proofed the yeast and used fresh bread flour, but the machine does not appear to warm the dough sufficiently for it to rise. It's a real drag. This machine is not something I would recommend.
Bought in October to allow time to ship from China for a Christmas gift, the mtotor failed after the second use, but no returns or exchanges were made. BUYING IN CHINA IS NOT A GOOD IDEA!.
