It appears to be coated with a hard coating slick material, similar to what you'd find on non-stick cookware. frying pans that are non-stick I'm not sure what material this is made of. Cleaning with a metallic cleaning scrub is not a good idea. I also use a little butter or oil to coat the entire inside because the bread dough can stick at times. I like the machine, but I don't care for the instructions that came with it. It's almost as if they were written by someone who thought to themselves, "I don't have to write it all down. " They'll be able to understand what I'm talking about"! The instructions, on the other hand, were actually quite helpful. It is said that putting a small amount of butter in the hole of the paddle will make it easier to remove when the bread is done. It was perfect, and the paddle has yet to stick.

law. It's a lovely stainless steel bread machine. The box in which it was shipped was a little battered and torn in a few places, but the bread maker itself was undamaged. It also comes in its original bread making box, which features a picture of a bread maker on the front. When they bake a couple of loaves of bread, I'll update my review.

Very easy to clean, no need to scrub, just soap and water and you're ready to eat. br>It's also very easy to remove the bread because it's nonstick. br>I am a huge fan of this machine.
