So, I have a KBS bread maker with a smaller capacity, which is fantastic in almost every way except capacity. This was purchased as a capacity upgrade, and it performed admirably. The problem is that the baking heat settings overbake the bread to the point where the lowest setting produces an 1/8 hard crust. I've tried various bread recipes and the results are the same: the highest setting produces a nearly 1/4 thick hard crust, while the lowest setting produces an almost palatable 1/8 thick hard crust. br>br>The functions are great and exactly what I expected, the size is great and exactly what I wanted, the operations work well and exactly what I expected, but the baking is horrible and not pleasant even on the lowest setting. By comparison, the KBS works/operates/bakes far more efficiently, albeit at a lower capacity. br>br>This would be an excellent bread maker if it had three lower baking settings instead of the current three, or if the firmware could be updated to change the variables of the heat cycles, as they are simply too hot to achieve a light crust at the lowest setting. br>br>I'll probably only use this to make dough for pizzas that will be baked outside because the baking function is terrible. br>br>Have fun with it! (maybe).

They respond to emails within a day or two, and it isn't a canned response. I purchased all three. It's a 5 pound bread machine, and it's fantastic! So far, we've tried rye, whole wheat, and Italian breads, all of which were delicious. So, how did I end up needing customer service? One of the paddles was accidentally thrown away by my children. When I contacted the company to inquire about the cost of a replacement, they responded that it was no problem and that they would send one to me. I'll definitely keep an eye out for this store in the future.

  This product makes unbelievably good home made bread, and it's also great for small kitchens because it's very easy to make bread. br>I highly recommend it, and I loved it.

The power/pause button is the only button that works. As a result, you won't be able to change the loaf's time, color, or size. br>It will allow you to simply press start, allowing you to make a loaf as long as the setting is 1350 and medium color is desired. I'm not a fan. I'd use a different product next time.

To fill the gap between the lid and the pan, I had to rig it with bundled aluminum foil. Then put some weight on the lid to keep it in place!.

  I bought it in the hopes of making some bread. With around ten different options, it's simple to use. Sweet bread was the first thing I tried, and it was delicious. It also has a timer that ranges from 3 to 14 hours, ensuring that I always wake up to freshly baked bread. The detachable basket is simple to remove and clean after each use. It also comes with a menu that tells you how much of each ingredient you'll need based on the bread weight.

  I was surprised by how quiet the machine is. Cleaning the parts, putting them together, tossing in some ingredients, and turning it on was a breeze. We can probably tweak our recipe a little because this is our first bread machine, but we were happy with the result and the freedom of not having to knead and not having to buy bread all the time. br>br>With a child at home, we always eat bread, so this is definitely a time-saver and money-saver. It's a money saver as well as a purchase made out of convenience. Solid.
