Although the handles are foldable, the machine is of poor quality and stopped working after the third loaf of bread. In Hong Kong, too, I'm unable to contact customer service. DISCLAIMER: DO NOT PURCHASE THIS PRODUCT.
I might be able to assist, but I am not an expert.
I completely agree. Please accept my apologies for having to return it.
Selected User Reviews For Bread Maker Machine - CSS Stainless Steel Bread Maker, 2LB, 15in1 Programmable Bread Maker with LCD Screen, 1 Hour Keep Warm, Clear Recipes, Nonstick Ceramic, Memory Function, 3 Loaf Sizes for Home Bakery
A user manual that is insufficient. I've owned several bread machines, and this manual, in its current state, is in desperate need of updating. As an example - Tongs/tablespoons are big/small spoons, and white bread is referred to as "soft. " During the bread-making process, the LCD indicator will display ten functions. However, when I went to check on the progress several times, I only noticed two functions blinking. Who knows what will happen to the rest of them. When you begin baking, all of the buttons begin to flash. When I first saw that, I immediately assumed something was wrong or was about to go wrong. It was used to bake the bread. It wasn't, however, the "ideal" loaf. Then I'm going to make another loaf.
br>To be honest, I had never heard of this brand before, but after reading the reviews, I realized that everyone has positive things to say about it, so I decided to give it a try before going with my first option, which was a Cuisinart. br>Thanks to everyone who took the time to write a review and upload photos, because I can see that this machine has a higher quality of materials than the Cuisinart option. br>It's so simple to use that I've baked at least two dozen loaves since purchasing it, and they've all turned out perfectly. br>Actually, I'm considering purchasing another one to give as a Christmas present. br>It's the ideal bread machine for me.
Instead of the thick, dense bread that my old machine produced, I can now make fluffy, light bread. I make the dough according to the recipe, but I add an extra 1/2 teaspoon of salt to the yeast, which makes a huge difference.
It's simple to use and produces delicious bread. My family devoured my first attempt at a simple white bread recipe. I'm going to try a rye bread recipe next because the bread turned out perfectly brown on the outside and was nice and airy soft on the inside.
I liked how easy it was to make breads and knead doughs with this. The coating on the paddle starts to peel off after about 6 months, and the dough sticks to the uncoated part of the paddle. The top-printed programs are fading as well. I'll have to continue my search for a high-quality item.
After my trusty bread machine churned out her final loaf, I did some research. I came across this one and decided to buy it for myself for Christmas after waiting a while. I had to work out the kinks after one unappealing but delicious loaf. Loaves 2 are shown in the picture. In addition, instead of using bread flour, I used all-purpose flour. The only thing I had to look up was how to remove the bread pan from the machine, as the manual did not explain how. Unlocking it from the machine requires a slight counterclockwise turn.
This particular machine came out sad twice, two for two, in the two batches that I made in different machines. I read through all of the reviews, and they all seem to be fantastic! I'm sorry that mine isn't as impressive; however, having owned an Oster back in the day, I'm confident that if I could locate one, it would outperform all of the new ones that we must choose from China! Call me old fashioned, but I'm all for bringing back the classics! Both of them are being returned!.
