There is no issue with water accumulating inside the handle. I've been using these for a long time and have never had any problems with water collecting.
My mail arrived broken, despite the fact that I am a very left-handed person. I didn't get to use it because the handle was missing. I was extremely dissatisfied with myself for squandering my money.
No, this fork isn't the same, but it's perfect for mixing my butter. flour for biscuits made at home It takes the place of a pastry blender in my kitchen.

It was delivered quickly and at a reasonable price, and it's a great tool for turning food or mixing things up.
The fork is weak and wimpy in my opinion. Straight out of the package, the tines were crooked; Straightening them out by hand, however, was simple and required little effort. In fact, it's far too simple. br>br>I'm not confident that this fork will be able to cut cold, hard butter into flour for pie crusts, biscuits, and other baked goods, so I'll have to look for another. Rather than returning this item for a refund, I discovered it to be an excellent backscratcher, which is why I've given it a 4 instead of a 2.
This was purchased to replace a much-loved antique Foley Fork that had broken after 60 years of service. The foley fork's tines are angled, making it an excellent tool for blending shortening into flour when making pie dough or biscuits. In this fork, the tines aren't angled. My husband tried to angle them with vice-grip pliers, but he broke one of the tines in the process.
The reason for the four stars is that the construction isn't quite as sturdy/heavy as I had hoped. I'd seen a video and figured I'd put it to good use. It's nice to have it, but it doesn't (in my opinion) replace the traditional hand-held pastry blender for everything I thought I'd need it for. I cut a lot of hard butter into my dry ingredients, and I prefer to use a hand-held pastry blender to get the butter cut in - After that, you'll be able to use this to complete your project. Because it's a nice tool, it's probably good for other applications. This tool is difficult to beat when it comes to evenly dispersing butter and other ingredients - I add the liquid after using it, and I'm so glad I found out about this tool. It should be categorized as all-encompassing. blending fork with multiple uses - When I went online to look for it, I had a hard time finding it.
On one of Julia Child's French Chef DVD collections, I first saw her use one of these. This utensil is made of high-quality materials and is extremely durable. The only thing that needs to be changed to make it perfect is to slightly "twist" the flat tines so that, instead of the tips being in a straight line with each other, they are angled toward 45 degrees like the forks made in my grandmother's day. Take a look at the photos. It's said that a picture is worth a thousand words. Simply take a pair of pliers and twist each tine near the middle until it is at the proper angle. Then proceed to the next until you've completed all of them. You've created a tool that your grandmother would be proud to own in less than 60 seconds! br>The angled tines allow the food to pass through/between them rather than being pressed flat against them. This speeds up the blending, mixing, and yes, even mashing process. Those old-fashioned methods, I suppose. All those years ago, manufacturers truly understood what they were doing. I'm not sure I'll be able to live without it in my kitchen.
After less than 30 days (and only a few uses), the fork section of this RSVP Endurance Stainless Steel Fantastic Food Fork broke away from the handle. I was unable to contact Hold n Storage until after the 30-day return period had expired, and they refused to issue a refund, stating that they would contact the manufacturer instead. They've been deafeningly quiet since then. I understand that it is a low-cost item, but it should last for several uses. Others have experienced the same issue with this fork, implying that the weld job has a quality control issue. I would not advise anyone to buy this item, regardless of which Amazon supplier is selling it.
I didn't know this kitchen tool existed until about a month ago, and I went out and bought one right away. The price is reasonable enough to give it a shot. It comes in handy in my kitchen. br>br> It's what I use to mash potatoes, cut butter into biscuit dough, and make pie crust - This is something for which it is ideal - in addition to being a tool for turning things in oil. I mean, there are a lot of things you could do with it. What a fantastic concept. I haven't tried to push it to its limits to see how durable it can be, but it hasn't bent or rusted so far, despite the fact that I mostly hand wash my kitchen tools; I haven't tried to push it to its limits to see how durable it can be, but it has so far held up to the pressure. br>br>For the price, it's definitely worth a shot, and I strongly advise you to do so. I believe you will find it useful, as have so many others.
The first time I used it, it fell apart. Seek out a one-of-a-kind item. handle is made up of two pieces.
