Stunning. Wallace's solid silver version from the early twentieth century is nearly identical. Wallace should hopefully bring back more classic patterns in stainless steel to make them easier to clean!.

I've always been drawn to lions, so these cocktail forks were too tempting to pass up. When I met them in person, I was even more impressed! The upscale design and presentation of the box were the first things I noticed. They were kept safe in a black box with copper writing that gave it a luxurious feel. The fact that they are double-sided is the feature that I like the most. The front features a whimsical lion with its mouth open, while the back features the lion's back half. The tail is curved and extends from the back to the front. I like how the body is designed to look like a piece of silverware. The features of the lion are distinct and easy to recognize. Serving utensils can be a lot of fun. br>br>It isn't the thickest silverware on the market, but it is very sturdy and has a nice weight to it. It's nice that it looks as good as some of my real silver pieces but is so much easier to look after. If you look closely at the box, you will notice that it is made of 18/10 stainless steel. The 18 or Chromium appears to be fairly common, but nickel comes in 10, 8, and 0 varieties. The higher the nickel content, the less likely the metal will rust or corrode. It is also responsible for the brilliant shine, indicating that these are high-quality utensils that should last a long time with minimal care. br>br>I really like this set and plan to use it a lot. They're ideal for both everyday use and entertaining guests. They're also popular with my kids, who use them as regular forks. They're also dishwasher safe, which is essential for working moms. Excellent with olives, cut cheese, and, in particular, oysters. The metal has a beautiful finish to it. They are simple to clean, practical to use, and have a wide range of applications. If you have enough, you won't have to use toothpicks to eat finger foods. My guests were blown away because they had only expected them to be used with seafood, but they were delighted to discover that they could be used with a variety of other foods as well.

I'm not sure how I feel about the two tines, but they're still nice and I'd recommend them.
If you just want to pick up an olive and remove it with your fingers, these cocktail forks are very attractive, but I'd be cautious about putting something in your mouth with them. br>br>To me, they're ideal for extracting crab meat from shells or simply picking up a pickle or something similar, but I wouldn't eat with them. br>br>In comparison to the other cocktail forks we have, which are actually a little 3-inches long, this one is actually a little 2-inches long. This fork has four prongs and is extremely sharp.
