They're actually a little darker than the bright yellow depicted (at least on my monitor). The color is more of a sunflower yellow. There isn't a light cream/beige available.
The cocktail forks have a length of 5 1/4 inches. They're fantastic. They're well-made and durable. Cocktail forks, spoons, and knives are used on a daily basis in our household.
3 tines, 5 1/4 long and 5/8 wide The red part of the handle tapers from 3/8" to 1/2" wide; it's a cocktail fork size, but it doesn't look like one. Because of the thick handle, the letter "y" was added to the end. It would also make a nice little starter set for kids, in my opinion. We're also very happy with the product's quality.

These are well-made and have a sophisticated appearance. They're ideal for serving small plates of food. hors d'oeuvres are small plates of food that are served at the beginning of a meal.
These are bright, colorful cocktail forks that can be used as appetizer tasting forks or as "serving forks" for pickles, olives, and other small items. They are SMALL, so if you regularly invite John Wayne-sized guests to your cocktail parties, you may need to upgrade to some larger forks. These, on the other hand, are fantastic for the rest of us. A for their "cuteness factor;" B for their "interestingness factor;" C for their " "They'll brighten up your table with a little whimsy. " Butter spreaders that match are available.
They were so small that my granddaughter couldn't even hold them, which I didn't care for. I also bought my mother two sets. They were promptly returned.
Forks for drinking cocktails? Bah! These are the best forks for kids that I've ever seen. Most forks designed for children are more like serrated spoons that can't be used to stab real food because they're designed by overly paranoid legal departments. br>br>These are the perfect size for small hands, they're well balanced, they have real tines that easily stab food, and they have a nice curvature to teach the child how to properly turn the fork after stabbing to properly pick up their food. br>br>Get a matching set of spoons while you're at it. Many parents are surprised to learn that the spoons have real bowls in them. food can actually be held! Yes, soup is included! br>br>As my son grew up, I looked for more forks like these for years (we had two, but I'm not sure where we got them), and searching for flatware labeled "children's" only brought me grief. When I finally found these on Amazon, I was giddy with delight.
These are very small forks.
Cocktail forks are also a great use for these forks. This is the ideal size for a toddler or small child to use as their primary cutlery. Unlike most silverware designed for small children who can't pick up anything, the teeth are deep and sharp enough to actually pick up food. The entire thing measures about 5 inches in length and is the perfect size for small hands.
They're a good size, and the baby seems to enjoy them.
A few years ago, I bought a low-cost knock-off. As I was writing this, I had a thought - This brand of utensils has been in my kitchen for over thirty years - I've purchased a variety of colors over time, and they've all performed admirably. I bought a cheap knockoff a few years ago, and the pieces were unbalanced in weight and quickly disintegrated. This line has a lot of sturdiness to it.
