I adore these knives, and they are my favorite

Because I already own a couple of them, I decided to buy them. I've given a few away because people always want to know where I got them. I've found that this knife works best for cutting vegetables. The black handle is a huge improvement over the ones that don't because the unpainted aluminum stains your hands.

Sharp but not overly so- lasting

These knives are very sharp and easy to clean, but the tips bend easily, rendering the knife useless for making smooth cuts. They are, however, a good value for the price.
