Questions & Answers
Yes. The tomato slicer comes in only one size. The handles come in two different colors.
These come in a six-pack of black. For the time being, I believe we are down to just one.
I've had these knives for a long time and have never had a staining or rusting problem with them. They might not be as shiny as they were when I first got them. However, this is not the issue you're describing. They're one of my favorites because they keep their edge and are simple to sharpen if necessary. Have you been washing them in the dishwasher? If so, this could be the source of your problems; they should only be washed by hand.
There are no boxes included. Every knife comes in its own box. They are inserted into factory-sealed plastic bags with paper board sleeves covering the blade.

That knife was one of my favorites, and I couldn't find another one like it in the stores. I bought this tomato slicer at a county fair where I saw a Rada Cutlery booth. I was so pleased with this product that I decided to buy a six-pack to give as gifts. I gave them out for Christmas this year, and within a week, the recipients were calling to tell me how much they enjoyed the knife, which I had been using for three years. It's still razor-sharp as it was when I first received it. Tomatoes can be sliced as thinly as paper thin or as thickly as you want without the tomato being harmed. It also works on other fruits and vegetables, as well as cuts of meat. It's my go-to knife, and I would highly recommend it.
" Razor's Edge Cutlery that is razor sharp! They julienne, slice, and dice. They puree' everything! Please excuse my "'70s Ronco Throwback," but they do exactly what I need them to do: slice vegetables quickly and easily. A word of caution: BE CAREFUL IF YOU USE THEM! In a heartbeat, you'll be taken to Doctor Stitch. These knives, on the other hand, are the definition of AWESOME in my opinion, and if properly cared for (wash in cold water, don't leave food acids on them), they should last for decades.
I purchased 5 for my family as gifts. Do not put your dishes in the dishwasher. The finish is messed up. You're going to love these!.
These knives never need to be sharpened. They're absolutely fantastic. I went looking after using one that my mother had (she has no idea where she got it) and came across this massive collection. They cut tomatoes as if they aren't even there. There's no need to squish them with a dull knife any longer. These should be bought.
For over 20 years, I've relied on RADA knives. If you purchase a sharpener along with your knives, they will remain sharp indefinitely. I got the tomato slicer knives to go with my steak knives, and they're fantastic. If you want the aluminum handles to stay shiny, be careful when washing them and avoid putting them in the dishwasher.
These knives were a big hit with us when we got them. However, they were accidentally placed in the dishwasher, resulting in dark grey and etched surfaces. And it's a little rough. br>I was extremely dissatisfied. The money spent was not well spent. Because of the additional attention that is required. They should not have become useless after two washings.
This is fantastic. We were given one as a gift, and we've been giving them away ever since. Stocking stuffers that are both entertaining and practical. Everyone has nothing but positive things to say about theirs.
I bought six as gifts because everyone should own this fantastic product, and I own a number of rada knives that I adore. Keep your wits about you and maintain a high standard of excellence. Also, the cost is reasonable.
