A plastic cleaver. As a very energetic Chef Louis, I did chop down pretty hard. For 12 performances of "Les Poisson" in the Little Mermaid production, it was very tough and held together well. I used it quite a bit as Chef Louis in the production.

Children love unrealistic stories, but are they good for them? In my opinion, it doesn't look realistic, but if you have a child whom you are allowing to use it as a plaything or costume, you wouldn't want it to look too
