It has been a couple of months since I have owned my weapon. It is very sharp. As soon as it was pulled from the box, the Cleaver was very sharp. The lightweight, comfortable handle and easy operation make it an excellent choice. The knife cut some tomatoes razor thin with ease when I used the ripper end! Even though I have a lot of vegetables and boneless meat, I don't have to buy much effort into them. My knives haven't been sharpened as I'm waiting to see how long they will last on their original edges. This is a purchase well worth the money and you cannot go wrong with it. Trying to remove the stickers and the adhesive film from the blade was the only downside. A self-stick label made from plastic or another type of label that can be easily removed could be used.
To begin with, it's a very nice "chopper"
It comes from the factory very sharp. It's been holding up well in terms of sharpness. Steel seems to be of very high quality. It might be fun to order some more for.
This is an amazing product! Oh my gosh! prefer to chop meat into small pieces for cooking, and this was even greater than I expected! A total of three were purchased. Family members have told me to suggest it to them because it is affordable but the quality is superb!.
It is indeed of value. I like the way it's done. There's no need to be intimidated by its sheer size. It has been designed in such a way that the clever can succeed. I'm extremely happy to add this to my collection.
It is a butcher's knife from Little Cook Cleaver. attempt to cut it, you'll fall short of your goal because the dull blade will not cut it.
It will take time to see how well the edge holds up, but out of the box this knife appears to be fantastic. When I saw chefs chopped veggies and herbs, I would think they were unreal, and their knives were almost $100. NOT AT ALL. As I sliced onions and cilantro, I had so much fun. Another one might be bought.
This is incredible. Sharp knife. We have never tried it on a butter block, but it cuts veggies like butter! The grip is excellent. The handle is easy to grip. It would be nice if there were a protective sliver covering the side edges.
It is extremely sharp and can be used to chop both meat and vegetables. A very smooth glide through just about anything, it is quite light, and it does not weigh much. Supposedly, when you flip the knife upside down it makes a weird sound, like there is something trapped in the hollow part of it, but it is really undetectable.
