Firstly, I think it comes with some black stain/powder/Great Customer Service from Wenegg. For my V60 methods, the functionality was great and the overall pour was great as well. Only when I wiped down the insides did I realize what I found out just now. wanted to wipe down the area because of some mineral build-up that I saw from sitting water. While wiping, I noticed "black stains" or powder at the mouth and rim of the mouth. It went away after a while after being cleaned. It is very likely that it is machine oil or some other oil that is used by the factory to keep it clean. This is why I will bring it up with Wenegg, to ensure that precautions are taken and to put SOP in place to not put so much mechanical oil on. * I will report back in a few weeks to see if the black stains or powder come back. The following is an update for today, December 26. Their customer service was amazing in a matter of days after I sent Wenegg an email. Immediately, they refunded me the amount, and I am working with their Engineering team to determine what the issue is. Are the black spots/powder stains a result of oxidation or are they caused by impurities within the metal? This is very much a rare occurrence and could very much be related to the minerals in the water we use or to this bacteria that loves the leftover warm moisture in our home. I am not sure but Amanda from The Wenegg Company is awesome at customer service even on holidays ) The fourth star has now been changed to a five-star rating.

I highly recommend it! I have nbsp Kettle crafted out of stainless steel of high quality. He looks like he made the shirt very well, and the material is not thin or cheap, but thick and nice. It starts with the instructions included in the package, all printed on a quality heavy-duty paper Card stock should be heavy. This is one of my favorite parts. I like how it has a temperature gauge with a green As soon as the water is boiled, the handle remains cool to the touch. This product works perfectly on my gas range stovetop. The product is also covered by a warranty! Thank you so much! We are very happy with the I highly recommend this product!.

During the process of building a camper van, I thought how I would get coffee in the morning. I have solved the problem! I am looking forward to taking this product camping as it functions both as a pour over coffee maker and a thermostat for things like oatmeal, macaroni and cheese, etc. I know it will be a useful addition to my trip. As a matter of fact, I will test it thoroughly next week. I can't wait to see it! I was very pleased with the results! It was great to have the temp feature!.

My order arrived a few days ago and I have been pleased with it so far. The switch from my old whistle clunker has delighted me, as I have been using it for years. Beautiful design, lightweight for easy handling, and well-made, this Wenegg kettle is a great buy. With its slender pour over spout and good gripping handle, it is easy to hold and move around. This lid has a built-in thermometer that allows you to see when the water is boiling. My water heats in a few minutes every time I use it and I've done this about 6 times already. There is no mess afterward and it is easy to clean up. When I have a thermometer, I can get a realistic idea of the temperature of the water, which is of particular importance when pour over coffee machines are used. There is no doubt that this is a high-quality product, especially considering the price. The lid fits snugly, and because of the materials and the thermometer inside, it will heat up Once you are done pouring the water out of the gooseneck spout, remove the kettle from the heat and leave the lid on for a while until the water You can remove the lid once the food has completely cooled to get rid of any remaining moisture inside. (Or else wear thick oven mitts. ) I found the instructions to be easy and clear and it comes with several helpful photos. I am very impressed with the quality of the manual (the manual is too) This is a much more attractive, professional and substantial design than most others. It is not a cheap folded piece of paper with tiny writing that only experts will be able to decipher. All instructions are given. As a result, I'm very happy with my kettle. Looks stylish, is easy to care for, does the job. It would be great if I was as happy with my Aeropress coffee maker (that I bought this to incorporate into my daily routine) as I am with this! P. Although I am just getting it, I will come back to let you know how I feel about it when I see if it holds up. There are lots of similar versions and there were people who complained about rust. The quality of the product so far has been very satisfactory, and yes, it works with induction. This photo illustrates what I mean.

do not have room for a kettle that requires a plug in base because I have a small counter space. Using this stovetop alternative is a great idea. This product has been in use for more than a month and I am very pleased This feature is useful for checking the temperature. The needle in the thermometer reaches the green zone when the water is hot enough for coffee.

I definitely see this as a game changer when it comes to pour over coffee. This unit is well made, looks wonderful, and the bottom is wide enough to fit over my large cooktop burners on the front of my stove, so that I can get the water to the proper temperature much more quickly. It is nice to have the thermometer built right into the lid because it is quite accurate. Thanks to my indifference to a few negative reviews, I experienced a great deal of success. It is inevitable that any product will have a certain percentage of defects, but this company seems to handle their business well when it comes to addressing issues. Sometimes people simply don't understand how to use something or don't follow directions or handle it too rough, which is what causes complaints. Initially, you do need to run it twice with boiling water before using it, but I did that and I haven't had any issues. I also stuck a small paper towel inside after patting it dry to capture any moisture that might remain. Kudos.
