Yes, you can put the aluminum pan in the oven with the food before you put it out on the food rack and aluminum foil. I cook my lasagna before I put it out on the food rack. Aluminum pans are designed specifically for this purpose. Excellent work!!
They're just regular aluminum trays, the kind you'd buy at the store for a single use in the oven. The larger trays serve as the foundation, and should be filled with water to create steam and keep the food warm in the two smaller trays that fit into the larger tray. br>br>I wouldn't make anything in the large tray and then place it directly over the flames.

For a party, I invited 40 people. The serving utensil did a great job. Only this set had a faulty stereo that burned a hole in my tablecloth and table pad. It was not until we were cleaning up that we realized what had happened. The table, fortunately, had been shielded. In the future, I'll always place aluminum foil beneath the racks.
Awful. Purchase is not recommended. Foil pans are notoriously prone to breaking. I was not in favor of food. Utensils are so cheap that any weight causes them to break. And I wasn't able to get any food. Working with this seller is a nightmare. Contact about issues and Only Offered 2015% refund BUYING THIS PRODUCT IS A MISTAKE!.
Keep in mind that this is more of a one-time use item. Because the pans are so delicate, I'm planning on making my lasagna in a separate pan, cutting it up, and then transferring it to the catering pan. But, regardless of when they arrive, I'm glad my guests can serve themselves. Overall, I'm pleased with my situation, and I'm feeling well-organized. The serving spoons included in the set are unusable.
They performed admirably for the purpose for which we hired them. Setup is simple. The gas canisters were a bit difficult to open and a bit messy. However, it kept the food warm for the entire party, so I'm happy with my purchase.
These were purchased for a birthday celebration and were satisfactory. They're light, but they're also reusable. The utensils are a little on the cheap side, but I didn't buy this set for them. I used a few because I needed some extras, but for the price, these are excellent. These aren't ideal for catering or using in large quantities, but they'll suffice for a one-time use. I'll use these twice a year, and I expect them to last.
This was ideal, and I especially appreciated the fact that the pans came with lids. The utensils were flimsy, but I don't expect much from plastic utensils in these sets. Rolls and deviled eggs were served with tongs, while mashed potatoes and a souffle were served with spoons. I would highly recommend this product because of the speed with which it was delivered.
For a buffet, this was ideal. However, I had to run out for utensils at the last minute because the serving spoons, sporks, and tongs pictured were all missing.
Here's where the BIG LIE comes into play. This is a smaller version of the item that was originally listed. So, if you buy a 13 x 9 pan, you'll save money. It is not going to fit. br>The water-holding pans are shallow, holding only about 1/2 inch or less of water. They are 11 x 9 rather than the 13 x 9 listed. They are not at all something I would recommend.
