I had the same question, and when I looked at the box, it only mentioned baking, not stovetop cooking, despite the fact that the dishes for both have specific requirements, such as the dutch oven's ability to do both.

The stove was the second time I used it. It cracked, split, and broke all over the place. Not a good idea. It looked lovely. The first time I used it, it was very simple to clean. I'm just glad I wasn't making soup with my toddler by my side!.
I used this to make a cake because I didn't have a sheet pan, and it worked perfectly! These are ideal for any baking that requires the use of an oven. I noticed that it cracked on the stovetop according to some of the reviews - The box clearly states that it is not to be used for anything other than the oven! It's also best to clean it as soon as possible; the directions say not to soak it.
For the past few months, I've been using these baking dishes. They're fantastic, and I'm very happy with them. They are significant. They perfectly bake whatever I put in them. I'm very pleased with how simple they are to clean. Even the most stubborn baked-on gunk can be easily removed by soaking in warm soapy water for a few minutes. They appear to be fantastic. Beautiful color. My husband, who rarely expresses an opinion on food, complimented me on the color! These casseroles, in my opinion, are a good compromise between buying pretty, but not too expensive, dishes and making them yourself. Handcrafted stoneware is extremely expensive, as is store-bought bakeware that looks just like it. I'm glad I went ahead and bought them.
Anyone serving casseroles, side dishes, or dips will appreciate this set. There is only one lid that fits both of the dishes. I often struggle to find a dish that is the perfect size for what I'm making, and this set provides a good option; it's also nice to have a matching pair for serving a large dinner or a buffet for guests. This set is one of my favorites on our bookshelves!.
This is a lovely product. I wasn't sure if I'd enjoy it. The sea- The blue color goes well with the other colors in my Florida home. The measurements are perfect for me. It's a breeze to clean. It's tough and looks like it'll last for a long time. br>br>.
It isn't enormous, but it is deep and large enough for my family's requirements. For Easter, I needed two dishes, so this set will be ideal for baked beans and macaroni and cheese. br> Because I couldn't tell what size something was, I made a tater tot casserole and photographed it for comparison.
It's incredibly simple to keep clean. Simply soak for a few minutes and the burnt-on residue is easily removed. It's an excellent oven tool, and having one that's a little deeper and one that's a little shallower is fantastic. I use it all the time to cook chicken, pork tenderloin, and other foods; just make sure you don't put the hot lid down on a cold surface or put it in the oven straight from the fridge, and don't use it on the stovetop. It's fantastic and, as I mentioned, a breeze to clean if you follow the instructions.
Good quality at a reasonable price. In the oven, it worked out perfectly. Casserole dishes can be costly, so this is a good alternative.
