This is fantastic! Wow ! This skillet is fantastic
5/5

I made brownies without prepping the pan and they came out perfectly clean. I'm now purchasing the pie pan, as well as everything else they produce.

I'm pretty sure the pan I got wasn't USA Pan brand because it didn't have their company logo imprinted in the metal like all the other pans I've purchased from them
3/5

It also lacked the product packaging label, which is usually attached to the inside of the pan and contains information about the company, product, and how to use the pan, among other things; instead, it was just a generic pan in a bag. It wasn't too heavy, either. The pans made in the United States are quite large. I responded by returning it.

This should be washed by hand
5/5

Carolyn Ketchum (of All Day I Dream About Food) recommended this brand, so I purchased it. I used it to make almond flour brownies, which turned out perfectly, despite the fact that the label stated that the pan should be greased rather than sprayed with cooking spray. I used ghee and a pastry brush to make this. The recipe also says to flour the pan, but my brownie recipe was so high in fat that I skipped that step, and the brownies didn't stick to the pan. br>br>Here's a tip for lubricating the pan: Butter, ghee, lard, duck/chicken fat, avocado oil, and peanut oil are all good options. anything with a saturated or monounsaturated fatty acid. Not quite as depicted in the image
5/5

My preferred baking pan is USA, but I'm not convinced this isn't a knock-off. It doesn't have the classic "USA Pans" logo stamped on the bottom, and it's noticeably lighter than their regular baking pans. Instead of returning it, I decided to give it as a gift. I'll reorder a genuine American pan from a reputable supplier.

I am overjoyed
5/5

I first became aware of the benefits of using high-resolution images about ten years ago. Before that, I had no idea what a difference good cookware and bakeware made in the food I prepared! So, when I needed to replace my 8x8" pan, I did a lot of research and came to the conclusion that this was the best option. I'm so glad I splurged and got this; my brownies and blondies turned out fantastically! Even though the pan is nonstick, I make sure to butter it to ensure that everything slides out easily and with the best texture possible!.

Very let down
3/5

I'm extremely dissatisfied with this outcome. These had just arrived and were discolored, scratched, and marked when I unpacked them. I've always been happy with USA, but these appeared to be used, and I shouldn't have bought them.

After only one use, the skin begins to peel
3/5

After only one use, the product begins to peel. Don't throw your money away. I was excited because it's sturdy and cooks well, but who wants to eat peeled fruit?.

The best brownie pan and the best company
5/5

For years, I've relied on USA Pan for all of my baking requirements. They may be a little more expensive than others, but their construction is unquestionably the strongest in class, their products are easy to clean, and they can be enjoyed for decades!.
