Man, you're a groovy dude! It's 11"x13" rather than 10"x13" as stated on the packaging, which isn't a big deal, but the description should probably be changed. It's not even a square! Mine arrived warped on one side, and I won't put it on the table when visitors arrive because it looks so strange, but it still works. Every time I use it, I chuckle to myself. poor pan.
Nothing sticks, and the heat is evenly distributed. The exterior is also coated to prevent scratching, which is extremely important. I intend to purchase something for myself and my family.
Excellent craftsmanship. We used it in the oven as well as on the grill.
It's the right size for us, it's sturdy, cleans up easily, and we like the way it looks. We loved it so much that we bought another after baking with it.
