I have nice cookware, including Le Creuset and Ironclad, and these pans are a welcome addition. I've given them a good workout since they arrived, then tossed them in the dishwasher to see how easy they were to clean. Clean as a whistle! And you're getting TWO!.

This is a nice, heavy, deep lasagna baking pan. The finish, on the other hand, is matte or satin rather than shiny and smooth. We washed it after the initial lasagna bake because it said "dishwasher safe. " It is, but after the dishwasher cycle was finished, the 'ring around the collar,' where the top layer of cheese baked onto the sides, had to be hand-scrubbed off. I've never had a problem with casserole dishes or any other baked goods. It wasn't the dishwasher or the detergent, so I knew it wasn't them. The issue isn't that there isn't enough of it, but that there not slick, It has a gleaming sheen to it that makes it appear as if it wants to hold something. Although the steel is labeled "stainless," it is not "stainproof. " " Despite my best efforts, I can still see marks around the top of the lasagna where the cheese was.

Metal with a lot of strength The layout is excellent. Sturdy. The edge of the rim has been rolled up. There are no jagged edges here. On the bottom, it says "stainless steel. " Metal has some light striping, but it isn't a major issue. The descriptions of the dimensions are correct. Lasagne noodles (lengthwise) are the perfect size. The depth is something I like. I also like how the sides are almost vertical and the corners are gentle. I'd like to see a larger pan with the same depth as this one, but I like that these smaller pans come in pairs. It is simple to keep. Making double batches is a breeze with this recipe. Lids made of metal would work well. Stacking in the fridge or freezer is simple. Hand washed and dried, so no warping is expected. They have yet to be used.

OK, even after making a cheese-laden lasagna in one pan and a Ravioli casserole with multiple layers of cheese, it was a breeze to clean. These pans are far superior to any nonstick pan I've ever used. These are even better than my pyrex casserole pans and stoneware casserole pans. I HIGHLY recommend these pans as a must-have in the kitchens of seasoned cooks and as a bridal shower gift for a newlywed bride. Oh Yes.

The lasagna noodles fit perfectly in these pans. They're also the ideal depth to prevent food from bubbling over the edge and causing a mess in the oven. They're also convenient to clean. I soaked the pan in hot water for about three minutes before wiping it down with a sponge - There was no need for scrubbing. Although the 3 minute soak was probably unnecessary, I assumed it would be necessary because my dish had been baked for 1 1/2 hours. I found it to be very impressive, and I would strongly recommend it.

Quality stainless steel pans are extremely hard to come by. These are the ones. I planned on making pizza, cut chicken pieces with potatoes and carrots, and brownies with them. It's in good shape, so you can put more things in it, and it's simple to use. Having two is especially useful. They've met my expectations. For two excellent pans, this is a great deal.

I almost don't want to cook them because they are so beautiful to look at! Because I've never used it, I can't say whether it's easy to clean, doable, or anything else. It only arrived today, but I have no doubt that these pans will meet or exceed my expectations. They seem to be of high quality. Absolutely stunning!.
