I'm not sure what gauge steel it is, but it's strong enough to kill someone. It's a term I frequently employ. It's overbuilt for its size, which is nice in today's world of mostly shoddy-built goods. Mine is nice; I bought it for a specific purpose, and it performs admirably. If necessary, it could be used as a dog bowl. I'm not attempting to exaggerate, but it reminds me of older types of pans that were made of heavy metal rather than flimsy tin or sheet metal. Even though I am over 200 pounds, I was able to turn it over and stand on it without it giving out. That's exactly what I did. Then I flipped it over and repeated the process. It's not a problem at all.

It's not a good idea to put it on top of a gas stove. This pan should only be used inside the oven.

fal! To replace a T-fal pan, I bought this one. Despite meticulous maintenance to avoid damaging the coating, the coating on the fal pan began flaking off after only a few months. The stainless steel P The P Chef pan for lasagna is not quite the same length and width as most; at the bottom, it tapers slightly, resulting in a thicker recipe that requires more baking time; however, the end product is slightly better, as it is thicker, and cooked, regular, boiling lasagna noodles fit well in this pan length. (Using Barilla Whole Wheat noodles, it was a near-perfect fit, with four noodles per layer, two layers, no snipping, and so on. ) The cleanup takes a little longer than with regular noodles. The gauge of the steel is plenty heavy, and the pan has a lip that well supports handling when removing it from the oven, but it takes no more effort when soaked in soapy water. So, this was an excellent purchase, especially since flakes of pan coating in your food do not appeal to me. This pan appears to be large enough to hold a whole chicken. The 3. The 2" depth is ideal, as it will allow the pan to be used for a variety of tasks without the risk of it boiling over. So far, this pan has served me well.
This is a sturdy baking pan with a lot of depth. It has a rolled edge, as do most pans of this type, but while hand-washing it after the first use, I got a deep cut in my finger from the underside of this edge, where the material is super sharp and not tucked in tightly against the pan. As a result, I discarded the pan. Instead of putting myself or a family member in danger of cutting a finger, I'll look for something else to do. I bought the pan in February and didn't get to use it until last weekend for a family gathering because of Covid- Contacting the seller and attempting to obtain a refund, if one is even available at this point, is a pain. Aside from that, I liked the pan because it's larger than a standard 9x13 pan. If you decide to purchase one, exercise caution. br>br>Recent changes: br>br> Even though I had not requested one, the seller saw my review and gave me a full refund. I liked the pan a lot, except for the fact that I cut my finger on a sharp area beneath the crimped edge. Maybe there was a flaw in this pan.

The first thing I made in it was a double-baked potato. duty. First, start on the stovetop, then move on to the oven. After cooking, I soak it for 20 minutes in boiling hot soapy water. Using only the sponge portion of a scrubber, everything comes off easily. Using a tea towel, quickly dry the dish. As a result, the stainless steel will not be stained. It was well worth the money for a fantastic roasting pan that I would purchase again. br>By the way, here's the first recipe I tried in it, which turned out to be a hit. I adapted this recipe from America's Test Kitchen, replacing the bouquet garni with dry spices. Because stainless steel is healthier than aluminum, we prefer it. It does not pit or degrade over time, allowing aluminum to be leached. Finding a pan that will fit in our Hamilton Beach toaster oven has been a challenge. I've given some of these toaster ovens as gifts because they can cook a 9" x 13" casserole pan, and I bought this pan to go with a toaster oven I bought last year as a gift for the same person, who now prefers to cook almost everything in the smaller oven. The inside of the toaster oven measures 13 3/4" x 12," and we ended up buying pans that didn't fit because we didn't consider the pan's "lip," which added to the overall dimensions. Not only does this pan fit perfectly, but it's also deep enough to keep the food from boiling over. Everything cooks faster in a toaster oven, and you'll need deeper pans to distribute the heat evenly. This skillet is well-made and durable. I purchased it as a gift and plan to purchase another one for myself.
This pan was purchased to go with my Rec Tec grills. I was fed up with using disposable aluminum pans and decided it was time to invest in a better product. The construction of this pan is extremely sturdy, and the sides are nice and tall. This is what I use to transport food from the grill into the house. These pans come highly recommended by me. The only suggestion I have is that a lid be included.
