When I got it, I quickly double-checked the dimensions and discovered that it wasn't a 13x9 pan. I couldn't use it because it would make the cream brulee cook differently than the recipe called for! I didn't use it because it was an inch too small on both sides, so I returned it and had my boyfriend go out and buy me one. Why do people have to make up measurements? I hope this information is useful.
On this dish, the measurements are incorrect. The size of this dish is 9 x 12. 5", which means that some people won't notice unless you bake a lot and have recipes that call for a 9 x 13 dish. Just to clarify, you can bake this dish in a 9 x 13" cake pan.
I'm hesitant to purchase items that haven't received any feedback. However, someone must come first. Right? I looked up reviews online and discovered that Krokori is ranked third among the top ten ceramic baking products. CINNAMON ROLLS WERE MADE BY MY HANDS. Heat was distributed evenly throughout the bake pan. It's substantial but not overbearing. Up close and personal, the color red looks fantastic. This is a first impression based on a single use, but if it continues to perform as well as it has, I will buy more. I am extremely happy.
First, I'm afraid it'll break while I'm baking, and second, I'm not sure if it's lead-free. free. Sadly, the cracks didn't appear until after the return window had passed. This is a brand I would never purchase again.
Deep dish pizza is fantastic. Cooks well and cleans up quickly. I can't speak to its durability because I've only recently started using it, but I've baked it at 420 degrees for 16 minutes and then broiling it on high for another 2 minutes. There haven't been any cracks or issues thus far.
After only two uses, this dish broke. Obviously, I would not advise anyone to use a dish that breaks after only two uses. If you intend to use your baking dish more than twice, I recommend looking for a different one.
It's a good one. coated ceramic and quickly became a favorite of ours. Just about anything that can be cooked in a 13"x9" pan can be done in this pan. We also have two other 13x9s (metal and clay), but this one is our favorite. I bought a nylon knife to avoid scratching the surface, but I found that I had to use a regular knife anyway when serving meat from this dish. It hasn't scratched so far. I'm not sure if it's supposed to go in the broiler, but I'd have to double-check. Look into it. It's a lovely color that's also quite heavy and substantial. We used it to roast vegetables, and it ended up with a lot of burnt material stuck to it. We believe it was due to the use of coconut oil rather than our usual olive oil. When nothing else worked, my ingenious husband used a combination of laundry soap and tub cleaner gel to restore the pan's pristine appearance with a lot of scrubbing. I hand-washed it before putting it in the dishwasher, as is customary, and it now appears to be in good working order. It's been washed and dried (pre-washing). After each use, I rinsed) and it worked perfectly. The handles are built into the pan and are large enough to be grabbed with an oven mitt. I'm hesitant to recommend it after only a few days of use, but so far, it's been excellent.
This dish is being returned for two reasons: It's already quite heavy, and it'll be even heavier once it's filled. br>2. It's not as big as the measurements suggest. I bought it to replace my Pyrex baking dishes, which are dangerous (I recently had a 4-year-old daughter). cup Pyrex measuring cup "spontaneously combusted" into thousands of pieces in the cupboard), so I went with the borosilicate glass dishes instead. They aren't quite as attractive as this dish, but they are significantly less expensive and should be lighter.
