If it's a big countertop toaster, maybe. However, this is a big casserole dish. In terms of space, it's better to keep it in the oven.
It performs admirably. I've also used it to bake Lasagna.

Lasagna and other layered dishes benefit greatly from this technique. Stoneware is nonstick and simple to clean, which are two of my favorite qualities. The size and lid of this stoneware dish are two of my favorite features (aside from the fact that it looks fantastic). br>br>I decided to buy this after attempting to make lasagna in my 9x13" pyrex for the second time. Because my pyrex is only 2 or 3 inches deep, you risk overflowing, and if you cover it with foil for the first half of the bake, your top layer sticks and becomes messy. That was all it took for me to realize that I needed a deeper dish in the kitchen. br>br>It's the ideal size for lasagna and other layered casseroles. it's nice and deep Although the lid is substantial, it does not seal. It works fine for most baked dishes, but if you're making something that you don't want to lose a lot of moisture, you might want to use foil instead, which I do with my lidded metal roaster. Overall, I have no reservations in giving this baking dish five stars and my highest recommendation.
These pans usually overflow once the cheese begins to melt, whether you use generous amounts of ingredients or standard recipe amounts. So, the days of smoking ovens and having to use an extra cookie sheet or aluminum foil to catch the messy drippings are over. This pan has enough depth to hold three thick layers without the need for extra noodles at the end to compensate for size differences. You can use 12 whole noodles or slightly overlap them; either way, the lasagna will look great. When using a deep dish with an internally arched lid, the cheese does not stick to the top while cooking. The lid keeps the food warm until the rest of the family returns for seconds. It was easy to clean up this lovely dish because it only required light hand washing. I would strongly suggest it.
It fits the length of Barilla lasagna noodles and is deep enough that we can make our perfect lasagna dish without needing to use a foil-lined cookie sheet underneath to catch spills. There's no risk of it overflowing because the depth is just right. This complements our Le Creuset dishes nicely in terms of color. Very high quality, and I would strongly advise you to buy it. This is an excellent product.
This is the second of these that my wife has used in the last few years. I misplaced her first one and replaced it with this one. They're very tough; just don't drop them on concrete if you trip. If I keep my clumsy hands off of it, I'm sure she'll get a lot of use out of it for years!.
The stone ensures that my food cooks evenly throughout, and the lid keeps everything warm, which is great because I often need to finish cooking other side dishes while waiting for the stone to cool. It's incredibly simple to clean, and I've received numerous compliments on the dish's lovely red hue. This is a fantastic product that I wholeheartedly recommend!.
This pricey piece has a nice appearance and bakes and cleans up nicely. However, I had hoped for better marksmanship for the price. My lid is crooked and does not sit straight on the dish. It has to do with the shape of the inside lip. As a result, if the lid is on it, it will never look good. It should have been made with more care given the price tag. In addition, a bubble has left an indentation on the lid's top. I wouldn't mind if it was on the sides, but when taking a dish to a friend's house, the top of the lid is what is seen the most.
lasagna with multiple layers This dish was purchased with the intention of serving four people. lasagna with multiple layers I liked the red finish, and it was easy to clean. It isn't tall enough, however, to make 4-foot tall structures. lasagna with multiple layers Furthermore, because the corners and sides are rounded and tapered, a lasagna noodle cannot be used in its entirety. The noodles needed to be trimmed. Plus, I couldn't use the cover because the dish wasn't tall enough for the layers and the filling was at the top.
This casserole dish was given back to me. The bottom and sides were warped, and the lid didn't fit properly because it was too small and warped. Overall, the quality appeared to be lacking. br>I chose to save money by continuing to use my Pyrex baking dish. For storage, the Pyrex has a nice lid, and I can keep using foil to cover it while baking.
