Questions & Answers

Is there a way to use coffee without having to go through the bean hopper? grounds?

Although there is no hopper bypass for ground coffee, the Tchibo is a true Bean to Brew Machine, and I will forward your suggestion to our R&D team. D is for Department.

In terms of ounces, what do the various cup sizes mean?

Espresso is a type of coffee. br>2 oz. regular coffee - br>Large Coffee - 6 oz. 8 ounces

Is there a comparison between this and the Jura A1? Also, I'm curious if the tchibo's coffee tastes better or the same as the tchibo's?

The Tchibo Bean has a coffee flavor to it, which I like. Brew is superior to Keureg, Nespresso (original and Virtoline), and other premium coffee brands.

Is there a burr grinder or blades included in this package? This question has been posed before, but it has never received a satisfactory response. ?

It's a burr grinder, as the name implies. It functions admirably. adjustable while in operation (accessible knob) and produces a consistent grind (good crema, etc.) - Just don't plan on drawing anything on the foam;

I believe we have now experienced every type of home coffee maker known to mankind
4/5

We've had drip coffee, french press coffee, pourover coffee, Senseo, Tassimo, Keurig coffee, Nespresso coffee, and now Tchibo coffee. Although we've only had it for a few days, here are my initial thoughts: Good: br>br>
- When the coffee is brewed, it froths up and tastes delicious. It's a fantastic brewbr>- It can handle any type of whole bean, including espressobr>- It's fairly simple to use once you've set it up. br>- Cleaning is relatively simple. Once every ten cups, dump the grinds, rinse, and you're donebr>- There are no plastic pods to use, which is good for the environment. br>br>Bad:
- Brewing a cup takes a long time, about 1 minute and 45 seconds.
- The largest cup size is approximately 8 oz.
- The water tank is quite small; even with the small cup size, you'll only get three cups out of it. 4 c. per gallon of waterbr>- According to the instructions, you must remove the water tank to refill it. This may not seem like a big deal, but there isn't enough space between the top of it and the bottom of the cabinets to get the water tank out, which is a pain if you're putting it on a counter with upper cabinets.
- It's not easy to switch between different types of coffee, such as decaf and full-strength, or different roasts. br>br>Overall, this is a good machine, and the coffee tastes good, which is the most important thing to me. As I mentioned earlier, we've tried a lot of machines, and this one ranks near the top in terms of brew quality. The biggest flaws are the lack of a good way to fill the water tank, the inability to switch coffee types without finishing what's in the machine, and the size of the cup it produces. br>br>It's something I'd recommend, but keep those factors in mind.

This coffee maker is incredible
5/5

I adore this machine, despite the fact that I am a picky "foodie. " I've owned two DeLonghi machines and one Gaggia machine, each costing $3,000 each. 00, and this machine makes better coffee than any of them for a fraction of the cost; however, those machines must be sent out for repair, and shipping is not cheap. I refuse to use a Keurig or any other pod coffee machine because the coffee is not freshly ground. I don't even think that tastes like coffee! br>br>I adore the espresso produced by this machine. I use La Colombe "Corsica" or "Nizza" coffee and it produces the most beautiful foam I've ever seen from ANY machine!
- It's a small machine that takes up very little space.
- The coffee bean holder is a good size and can be adjusted to hold more beans than the standard holder. less.
- The water tank holds the same amount of water as my previous machines, which is always insufficient! But, when I turn it off in the morning, I refill it so it's ready for the next day.
- We are given (4-). 5) 8- 10oz. a cup for each tank
- Before needing to be emptied, the already brewed "grounds container" appears to hold more than my previous machines.
- I really like the magnetic tray on which you placed the coffee cup. It can be completely removed to make room for larger cups beneath the spout.
- For espressos, the spout can be easily lowered, and it can be raised for larger cups. br>- It may not come with all of the bells and whistles, such as the milk container and frothing attachments, but they are inconvenient to use and clean. br>I heat the milk in the microwave before whipping it with my Aerolatte wand and adding the shot of espresso to make cappuccinos and lattes. Delicious and far superior to anything a machine could produce! When removing the tank when there are cabinets above it, I heard someone complain about not having enough head room. True, but I solved the problem by purchasing one of those appliance gliding trays that fits nicely under it and can be pulled out and pushed back with a simple squeeze of the buttons. It's fantastic! br>Bottom Line: If you want a "simple to use" machine that makes delicious espressos and Americano brewed coffees, this is the machine for you! It is simple to understand and program. It was unusual for my husband to have no trouble using and troubleshooting it! This machine is fantastic!br>P. In case I didn't like it, I kept the box for a month before tossing it out. Because it was so lightweight and basic, it initially appeared to be of lower quality than I am accustomed to. My other machines are all made of stainless steel, which is one of the reasons for their high price. But I must say that I've had it for almost three months and it's held up admirably and isn't at all fragile when used properly. It's a keeper, in my opinion.

Excellent coffee that is simple to make
5/5

I had my doubts. I was completely mistaken. This is an incredible machine. PROS: br>br> br>—Easy to operate—just like a Kuerig, but without the bad coffee or plastic pods. Take the time to watch all of the videos on the manufacturer's website and read through the entire manual. This component is essential for the machine's operation and long-term maintenance. If you like strong espresso or coffee, this is a fantastic coffee that has several custom options to increase the boldness of the flavor. (You can change the size of the grind on the grinder by pressing the bold button on the machine. ) ) I recently purchased one from a coffee shop, but it pales in comparison to the quality of the coffee I can make at home with this baby! br>—Cleaning isn't something you do every day; rather, it's something you do once a week. This is fantastic. Simply turn it on, wait for it to heat up and rinse before pressing the brew button and walking away! There will be no more rinsing of coffee pots! CONS: br>br> br>—Moving the unit around to remove the water tank is a little inconvenient, but I don't mind. This was mentioned as a flaw in other reviews. br>br>That's all there is to it. This was, without a doubt, the best coffee money I've ever spent. When you combine the Tchibo with a good milk frother, some good beans, and the Ember mug, you can make better lattes and cappuccinos at home than you could at a coffee shop. br>br>For the average Joe, this coffee machine will be his last. My cup is one of my favorites, and I look forward to having it every morning.
