I'm not sure what I'm saying. I got rid of mine because it wasn't doing me any good.
I'm not sure if they're Teflon, but they're non-stick. Teflon-coated stick is a good choice.

Purchasing is not recommended. I should have read one of the other reviews first. Today was the first time I used it. It poured all over the door as I was putting the tart in the oven. It kept leaking until the mixture had cooked to the point of no longer being liquid. I'd be skeptical of the five-star ratings. I am unable to recommend this item.
So, if you're looking for a quiche pan, this is it. It cooks quickly and is ideal for pies and other baked goods. It's worth the money, and yes, I did get a few scratches, but if the reviews are to be believed, go for it. It cooks everything thoroughly if you put a half sheet pan on the bottom.
If you've been binge-watching The Great British Bake Off like we have, you'll be itching to make a tart au citron à la Mary Berry. This is a lovely set that allows you to choose from a variety of sizes to suit your pastry and filling volume. We tried her Victoria sandwich recipe, but the 8-inch pie pans she recommended were too small, and they overflowed in the oven, even though we followed it to the letter. To avoid that nasty mess, I wish I had a set of cake pans the same size as these tart pans. This is a fantastic deal.
These pots and pans are fantastic! I like how they come in a variety of sizes and are nonstick and simple to use. I bought these with the intention of making tarts, but they're a little too shallow for that.
I just bought these to replace ones I bought twenty years ago in Paris at E Dehillerin. They're the ideal size for tarts, and they're also simple to clean. I was surprised at how low the price was for three people. They're traditional French tarts, but not quite deep enough to be called quiches.
One of the pie plates had a blemish on the non-magnetic side. When you first arrive, the surface will be sticky. This shouldn't be a problem because there are two sides to the story. br>br>However, I washed the set in the dishwasher as soon as it arrived. The majority of them are now rusted and are no longer in use; the oven has been replaced with a dishwasher. br>br>If you're willing to wash them by hand, they're probably fine, but not as advertised.
I think the pans are great for the price, but they're a pain to keep filled and get in and out of the oven without separating the top and bottom because they're so loose, but that could be due to operator error.
I had some old tart pans that didn't have any silicone coating on them. They were difficult to keep clean and always had a layer of rust on them. These new ones are absolutely fantastic.
