It is, in fact. For my home bakery, I order by the case, and people return the pans to me for refills because it's such a waste to throw them away.
Although the pie pans do not have a 305sw rating on the bottom, they are heavy-duty and have a circumference that is slightly larger than a store-bought 9-inch deep dish. It has the same depth as a store-bought deep dish pie pan. These pie pans are also more durable than those found in the store's frozen section. These pie pans have been a great success for me. I hope this has been of assistance.
The best way to make crusts is to use a preheated metal cookie sheet in the oven.
The bottoms and sides are both smooth. These aluminum pie pans are quite nice. I enjoy them so much that I will purchase them again if I need them.

They aren't as prone to bending and denting as the lightweight pans that come with a two-piece set. In a grocery store, pack your groceries. I run a small home bakery and sell my pies using these pans. My customers have the option of keeping the pans and reusing them, or they can recycle them. Use them or return them to me, and I'll give them a discount if they return them because they're still usable. The crusts bake evenly, and the pan is easy to transport. In the middle, there will be no bending. I also make small pies in the 6" pans. These pans are the best I've found on the market, and trust me, I've tried a lot of them!.
You can give away these great, durable, reusable pie pans. (They just don't shine as much after being hand washed. ) ) I've baked several pies for family members and would never go back to store-bought pies. br>br>These make excellent crusts, especially if you bake them on a preheated metal cookie sheet. I've used these pans to blind bake pecan pie crusts and they've performed admirably. extra baking prep- For key lime pie, use a thick graham cracker crust. and regular baking double crusts (butter and shortening crusts) for apple pie br>br>The real test for this pie pan was not blind baking the crust for pumpkin pie, because a pie pan that doesn't conduct heat well can result in a soggy, underbaked crust when the filling is so wet. I'm happy to report that my pumpkin pie turned out beautifully and received many compliments during Thanksgiving. br>br>Overall, I'm pleased with my purchase and intend to purchase more during the holiday season.
They were all perfect, so I now have an extra couple to use at a later time! They're sturdy enough to hold a heavy filling and worked well when frozen and baked later. They're probably meant to be thrown away, but I was able to clean the first one of the gooey grape filling and reuse it! The pan was slightly discolored after the first use, which was not a major issue. Who's looking at the bottom of a pie pan, after all:.
These were purchased as food gifts for the holidays. Chocolate that has been prepared ahead of time I made chess pies and cinnamon rolls and put them in the freezer. The pie pans were extremely durable and exactly what I required. Also, if you don't want to give the pan with the rolls or cinnamon rolls, they're great to reuse. I believe I read somewhere that reheating a frozen pie directly in the oven could cause the pan to crack or worse. Simply place in the refrigerator and allow to thaw before using.
Despite the fact that none of them were damaged during shipping, they sent extras just in case. They're small and light, but they're STRONG. My two Thanksgiving pies turned out fantastically well in these pans. In case of spillage, I always place pies on cookie sheets. I'm going to use them to make 5 more pies for the holidays. I intend to use your services again. A fantastic purchase!.
Everything about it appealed to me, but the fact that the company provides extra pans in case of damage and expresses gratitude for your purchase was particularly appealing. This is my second purchase from them, and I have yet to receive a damage pan!.
This was a brilliant idea! I had leftover filling because most of the other disposable pie tins were much smaller. These pie tins aren't going to let you down! They're perfect; I made 14 pies over the course of two holidays, and these tins made my life so much easier!.
" It's extremely durable and easy to clean. In addition, I was given an additional dish. I'd like to believe that this was a "well-known" procedure rather than a mistake! LOL. The product is a little on the pricey side, but it is well worth the money; I would buy it again and would recommend it.
