I got two 9" porcelain pie pans from Sweden - One is blue, while the other is red. These are perfect for baking perfect pies with very even crusts in my air fryer. The colors are vibrant and the porcelain is flawless. Sweese also provided me with a year's worth of warranty. They are, without a doubt, the ideal option.
It's deep enough that I'll be able to make a thick Apple pie with it.
So I went out and bought a Swedish porcelain pie pan, and I made the pie again, and it turned out perfectly! Because of the depth of this pie pan, the delicious juices were able to bubble up while still remaining in the pie pan. Three of my older pie pans were given away after I made that pie!.
This pie dish is one of my favorites. It's deep enough to hold a lot of pie filling if you want to make a big pie, and the wavy edges of the dish make a pretty but simple crust. br>The finish is excellent and should hold whatever you cook in it. I examined the edges of the pan where the blue glaze meets the white glaze closely, and they are perfectly straight. There aren't any wavy or uneven edges. Overall, this is a well-made pan.
I simply made a clafoutis with my pie pan. I haven't had the opportunity to wash it yet, so I can't comment on how easy it is to clean. It is, however, exactly what I was looking for at a reasonable price, and it, like my clafoutis, looks great!.
This plate has a nice appearance. The only reason I didn't give it a ten is that I was hoping for the little ears on the side to help you remove it from the oven.
The first pumpkin pie I made in it turned out fantastically! The second one, unfortunately, fell off the cooling rack, shattering the dish and splattering pumpkin all over my kitchen cabinets. Obviously, the dish is not to blame. I'm going to buy the same one again and hope for better kitchen luck.
And the result was fantastic! I was blown away by the quality of this pie pan. And the size is ideal; I'm looking forward to doing more baking with it!.
