I think I got them a while ago, but I'm not sure. It takes a long time for items from China to arrive. My package arrived the next day.
China is the country where the majority of the world's goods are manufactured.

I made lemon tarts the first day because I loved them so much. Reasonably priced, easy to clean, nonstick, and long-lasting. They all browned in the same way. In the oven, neither of these tart pans leaked. They didn't twist or warp in any way. It was fantastic. (Con) it's difficult to hold on to. Outside of the pans, they are nonstick and slick. The pans are difficult to pick up because they don't have handles. I suggest putting them on a baking sheet, filling them, and moving them around with the sheet pan. Sheet pan support is required, as is the case with most tart pans.
The bottom tray is extremely flimsy and will deform when attempting to push the tart out, resulting in a broken tart, as well as when attempting to transfer it to a plate because the bottom is not sturdy enough. Two for that price isn't worth it because you won't be able to use it in the first place. It's even more of a hassle to return it. I wouldn't even think about it if I knew. Thanks.
It scorches the tart, and I adore the shape. My tarts, on the other hand, were burned. When baking, it's best to use a disposable pan so the heat doesn't get too close to the dough, as this will quickly burn it. It's also rather frail. The detachable computer quickly bends out of shape. You must exercise extreme caution and restraint when dealing with it.
Easy release for my quiche tarts, and clean-up has been a breeze. I was surprised by how frail they were, but they've held up well for me thus far.
I'm not supposed to be using these. I only needed the flat metal piece (the bottom), which I use to bake cookies. When you use a cookie sheet, the tall rim blocks the heat too much, so you get nice browning all over.
Clean and simple to use. My tart turned out beautifully.
The pan works well, but the flat piece should be handled with caution. When I tried to separate from the wavy part, I cut myself pretty badly because the edges are razor-sharp.
This is a good heavy-duty tart pan that is easy to clean and maintain. I needed a rectangular tart pan for rhubarb or asparagus tarts, and this one was the ideal size.
