They are, in fact. The word "anchor" is etched into the plate's base.
There's no way to know for sure. If seeing the logo is important to you, you should shop elsewhere. Both of the pie plates I brought are excellent.
They are, according to the text. For Christmas, I made a pecan pie, which was exactly what I wanted. My pecan mixture got lost in my other pie plates, which were all 10 inch. This was a true 9 inch, and it was ideal.
Yes. In an air fryer, you can cook any oven-safe dish.

So, after years of having a few of these Anchor pie plates lying around, I decided to invest in some larger sets. However, I've never been able to find the exact same generic ones in stores, only their more frilly versions. I started using these to heat up dinners in the oven and eat right off the plate! It's especially great for saucy/brothy dishes! So I finally looked them up online, and despite not knowing if they were an EXACT match for the ones I already had, I decided to go ahead and order them anyway. br>br>These appear to be the same ones that come in their mixed-size glass baking wear packs. Mine didn't have the Anchor logo on the glass, but they were stamped USA and had all of the other standard warnings. They also had a sticker that said "Made in the USA" on them, as well as Anchor Hocking paperwork. I'm fairly confident that these are genuine. I've purchased a lot of Anchor products over the years, and I've noticed that the same item can have minor variations over time. I've had items with no logos before, as well as items with wildly varying designs and tolerances. These pie plates are exactly the same as one I bought about 2 years ago. 3 years ago, but barely distinguishable from ones clearly claiming to be the same thing from around 10 years ago. Except if you're OCD like me, you wouldn't notice. LOLbr>br>Mine came from the Made In USA Shop seller; it appears that some other sellers are selling actual knockoffs under this listing, but I don't believe these are. It's not "fancy" or high-end, as is typical of Anchor products. It's possible that the glass has minor ripples or other flaws. They are, however, sturdy and strong, look good enough if you aren't serving the Queen of England, are inexpensive, and are made in the United States. Anchor products, in my opinion, are always a good choice. I'm thinking about ordering another four of these now that I know they'll match the ones I already have!.
The rims of two of the pie plates are chipped. I don't believe this happened in transit because they were well packaged. They look like Anchor Hocking factory seconds to me. Although there was AH paperwork attached, the anchor stamp was missing. Aside from an extra little ridge around the rim, they're very similar to my other Anchor Hocking pie plates. I only needed one more, so I'm fine with the two that remain. I simply don't have time to return them and look for another at this time.
I needed pie plates right away, but I also wanted to make sure they were of good quality. The image depicts the anchor image embossed in the glass plate's center. However, there is no indication of this on the plates I received, nor is there any indication that these are ANCHOR HOCKING plates. It isn't even mentioned on the package. The items were placed openly in a plain box with bubble wrap to protect them and a fragile label on the outside (at least that was good). When I wanted Anchor Hocking brand quality, I believe I paid a lot of money for cheap generic pie plates.
leftovers that have been heated The words "Made in America" are imprinted directly on the tempered glass of these plates. Although they aren't indestructible like Anchor Hocking and Pyrex used to be, I'm pleased with the quality. Because they can go from the fridge to the microwave, I use them to heat and serve meals; however, if I do take them out of the fridge, I only heat them for a few minutes at a time, just in case. However, I've had them for a long time and am satisfied with my purchase.
br>br>One of my pie plates has a scuff on one of the edges - These aren't sharp or dangerous, but they're rough enough that I doubt they'd sell in a store under the Anchor Hocking label. br>br>They are good, sturdy pie plates in any case, and the price is unbeatable. I purchased four and consider this to be a'steal' of a deal.
I got this for half the price of a single pan at a nearby discount store. It's the same brand, but it's of higher quality.
The other comments about the pie pan glass shattering made me a little nervous, but I've never had that happen to me. What a fantastic offer! I wish they were the style with the little handles on the side, but for the price, I'll live without them because now I can make a lot of pies for the holidays!.
I have yet to use them. I'm putting them aside for pies for Thanksgiving. I was concerned that they would break during shipping, but they arrived in good condition. I considered the more expensive plates, but they're not worth the extra money if you're making multiple pies. br>The only issue I had was that the stickers on the top and bottom of each plate were extremely difficult to remove.
