In my opinion, these are a great choice. You can count on them to do the job, they are totally non-hazardous Having a stick makes them easy to use and Simply because the meal did not cook evenly, I gave it only 4 out of 5 stars. It is the outer cups that cook more than the middle cups. Honestly, it is not a significant difference however, it has to be mentioned. First time using silicone molds and didn't realize they aren't made of hard plastic because I thought they were. Their floppy and bendy nature makes them quite fun! When I put them in and take them out of the oven, I place them on a cookie sheet in case the molds bend. I learned from my mistake. I won't repeat it.

The brownies from @theheavenlybrownies turned out delicious, and I lost no batter during the baking process. My cookies came out moist on the inside and it took less time to bake them. You should definitely try the rectangular mold for mini brownies, and cut the squares in half for a I enjoyed it a lot. I've been looking for muffin pans like these for a long time. As I read the reviews, I was surprised at the number of complaints about flimsy construction. It is natural for them to be together, they exist for a reason! If you can bend them easy, how else will you be able to remove the baked goods. All I do is lay mine out on a sheet pan and then I'm back in business. Buy it! You won't be disappointed!.

The little cakes and muffins I've made since receiving these have been so much fun. The brownies I make in the rectangle shaped pan are especially loved by my family. It's never a problem getting what I'm baking out of the bakeware, although I like to spray my bakeware with a bit of coconut oil anyway because I like the flavor. However, I did bake some oatmeal banana muffins without using any cooking spray and they were delicious too. My little girl and I filled the smallest cups of the bakeware set with water and froze them so it was a fun thing to do. A fun ice cube game popped out right from our hands! Other reviewers have noted that you may need to put a metal cookie sheet under the bakeware while it is in the oven. That shouldn't pose a problem, however. The one thing I did notice was that the silicone pan does not heat up like a metal one does, so your items may take longer to bake. Use these if you want to add extra time to your oven time.

As I was pouring in the batter, I rubbed a little coconut oil on them so they'd pop out easily. This pan is still one of my favorites! The pans are awesome! I love them! Food seems to just pop out of them after they've been greased. Besides being easy to keep clean, they also look great. There's no way in hell I'll ever go back to using metal pans. The only thing is that you need to use a cookie sheet or pan to support the bottom since they are so bendable and floppy (duh, they're Trying to carry or pick up the tray on its own will result in it sagging down in the middle, which will result in the batter/contents running. won't be an issue though, just place a cookie sheet under them or a sheet pan beneath them for transport.

As long as they pass the pinch and twist test, they will not turn white. I place a metal baking pan beneath them in the oven to provide support. My experience has been very positive, and the food that gets stuck in them has not been an issue. If I use butter or coconut oil, I put it in them before I pour the batter. My purchase was excellent and I am pleased with it.
