With different veggies, etc. , I prepared egg muffins and they came out great. My mind was blown by the ease of release and ease of cleanup! This is my first purchase of these pans and I cannot believe I haven't bought them before. (Unless you include my Le Creuset pots, that is!) I'm not a pots and pans kind of girl (unless you count my Le Creuset pots!). My purchase was a great success, and I am very pleased with it.

I am happy to announce that a silicone mold made out of 100% silicone has been developed. I have literally had to return dozens of other brands because the pinch test did not work, even though reviews said that it worked. Using silicone with the LFGB standard is the only thing I'm going to buy in the future. I like the mini muffins because they pop right out no problem and are perfect for toddler snacks. My experience with this company was extremely positive and I would purchase.
