I have only used mine a couple of times so far, but the cakes seem to come out looking like layers or sheet cakes.

About 1/2 of an inch of water remained in the pan after I used 11 cups.

The chocoflan I made turned out great and I was able to send it off the same day. I went straight to baking once it arrived, and I was able to clean up quite easily once it was done.

We purchased this particular pan partly because we trust the brand. When my wife popped the rivets out of the pan the first time she tried to replace it, the latch would not stay in place. Amazon redirected us to contact Cuisinart for replacement parts when we attempted to return the product. We have to return the item to Amazon according to Cuisinart. In addition to the new pan, Cuisinart will send us a new baking sheet. Cuisinart and Amazon both disappointed us with this purchase. We had the product for about 7 days, and it was the first time we were using When Amazon receives defective products, it usually does so without Our team is unclear as to why Amazon did not simply return the pan and send us a new one unless they have experienced a series of failures with this it is rare to put the customer in the middle when it comes to business relations. Our new part should arrive between 10 and 15 business days after we place your order. Despite the fact that it is unlikely we will need it before then, I still find it an unnecessary interruption. The item in question should be avoided, in my opinion.
It came in perfect condition and I was able to make my flan with it. When I made the flan, I did notice that the paint was chipping from the inside. I'm not sure if it was because of the hardened caramel. It keeps chipping off, so I hope it doesn't continue to do so. So far, I haven't used it since, so I can't tell, but I'll try to do so subsequently. There keeps chipping off, which is frustrating. As I use this, I find metal stuff on my flans, which clearly is not safe. I originally was really excited to have it and got it for a great deal, but I find that it is chipping away each time I use it. People need to know that my flans are chipping off, I don't know if it's only with my flans because the caramel sticks on the bottom, but it shouldn't be like this! This makes me very sad.
My bundt cake pan has served me well for more than two decades. Flip over the cake after it has cooled and lightly oil it. Let it cool and let the oil absorb into the cake. The old pan was getting scratched up, so I decided it was time to get a new one. Despite trying 3 times, I always get a stuck pan with this one. A chunk or two of cake remains in the pan after the cake is removed. The results of the previous pan were not satisfactory, so I ordered another.
The Hawaiian upside down pineapple cake pan caught my eye after seeing a video on the Internet. I bought the baking pan based on the video. This was a smart decision and I have since made a number of pineapple upside down cakes using this recipe and all of them turned out well.
