It should say MINI in your description. I waste my time and money on this.
Porcelain is similar to granite ware in that it can only be damaged if you hit it and chip off a piece of the porcelain. My experience with it is very positive. I have yet to utilize this, but am really looking forward to it. As I already noted in my previous post, I do not expect any muffins to stick to the porcelain surface and I use a pan release (altogether equal parts of shortening, oil, and flour blended together and applied with a pastry brush) to prevent my muffins from burning. I will amend this review if any additional feedback needs to be shared once I have used this.
The pan I had was made many years ago but a part had to be cut off so it could fit in my toaster oven, which I use instead of the oven I usually use.
Please, excuse me while I go buy myself a new pan since my toaster oven has a wider interior opening. Besides mini muffins, you can use it to make potato puffs and pizza thingies, and any other party appetizer that you can adapt to it as well. If you are worried that something might stick, brush with oil. Good nonstick but you may want to brush it with oil. This pan is excellent, but be sure to measure carefully if you plan to use it in a toaster oven.
I have been baking muffins for about 4 months, but they just come out flat. I got so frustrated that I threw away my muffin pan and bought these new ones on Now that my muffins are so tall even if I walk on my kitchen floor, I feel proud of myself. If you use heavy duty pans, you can walk on the kitchen floor without disturbing your muffins.
The bakeware is typically used at least once per week, so it hasn't acquired those weird caked-on stains that other bakeware tends to acquire. Nevertheless, I must say that the only negative I can point out is the fact that I used red or hot pink cupcake liners in them and the bottom of each cup is now stained as a result- However, the performance of the product hasn't been affected in any way.
I had never seen a mini muffin/cupcake tray before, so getting it online was worth it. This is the second batch I have made and they came out really well. A few were burned/sticky but none were burned. We wish you all the best in your baking endeavors.
I definitely need Mimi to appear in the title. Sadly I couldn't do what I planned but hopefully in the future I will be able to use it. This definitely is a good pantho.
This is heavy Investing in it seems like a good idea. It has only been a few days since I got it. Created a mini version For an upcoming party, prepare quiches. I had no trouble removing the pastry and it tasted great A clean way. The product is expected to last quite a bit longer than I expected.
