Thanks for getting in touch. The viscometer can be used to test brine. It needs stainless steel type 316 rotors to protect it from corrosion. I wish you all the best,
I am still willing to send it to you. Thank you. We'd like to hear from you via email, is that possible? There is no video or instructions here because we cannot attach them. It is my pleasure to hear that you understand. I wish you all the best, Grace
Selected User Reviews For KUNHEWUHUA Digital Viscometer 15~100,000 mPa.s Rotary Viscosity Meter Tester NDJ-5S Newton Liquid Fluidimeter Tester 100-240v
I purchased it to characterize some non-standard materials Mixtures of Newtonian liquids in action. Because the price is about 1/4 of the price of industry standard equivalent viscometers, I thought I would give it a try. I found that the unit was excellent for the price point I was looking at. It concerned me that the spindles were made from what kind of material. My contact with the seller was swift as I received information within a day (the steel is 304 Stainless Steel for anyone interested in knowing). It was great being able to get a response so quickly. The gage R&L must be performed after the gage calibration A test of the equipment and a range of my samples revealed that the advertised +/- measurement was correct I would put the accuracy at about 5%. Having a repeatable and reproducible process was crucial for me since it gave me the control I needed to manage my processes more effectively. Due to the fact that I was only concerned with the consistency of its measurement, I did not attempt to assess its accuracy against a recognized standard. If you are concerned about the absolute viscosity of a liquid, you may need to conduct an experiment or calibration. To get a more accurate estimate consider some Brookfield properties. Nevertheless, you are going to have to spend more than a few grand. Thus far, I have been satisfied with this unit. The installation and use of this website was very simple, even though the owner's manual was written in partially broken English, was missing a couple of paragraphs, and had a few I rate it as 5 stars because I found it to be valuable and I was impressed by the customer support I received. If I encounter any durability issues in the future, I will update this review.
This Rotary Viscosity Meter Tester measures the viscosity of solids. It is a simple and easy to use meter. The materials should be of high quality. I found the instructions to be lax, but they could still be followed. Exactly what I was looking for.
Digital Viscosity Meter for measuring liquid viscosity. At a very reasonable price, this is a great instrument.
This viscometer works well and provides accurate readings, and is well worth its price.
What we expected was received. We were very satisfied with the value, as the other systems we looked at were twice as expensive.
This device is very accurate and simple to use. It worked perfectly. A good component can be found in this set.
It means a lot to me how much you've done for me.
To measure viscosity of solutions in our laboratory, we purchased this instrument. was well packaged and in new condition when it arrived in a storage case. It is easy to set up the instrument. The device includes automatic temperature calibration as well as an electronic readout. The calibration was performed with a variety of solutions and was found to work In our application, we measure the viscosity of non-polar fluids This makes the readings a bit more difficult to interpret, but the problem is with the samples, not the viscometer. Neutonian solutions show reduced viscosity with increased shear or time. In addition, the viscometer has to be placed on The beaker should have a capacity of 150 ml. A volume of liquid of about 100 to 120 ml is sufficient for testing.
