For an easy setup, this is a great value Viscosity meter that is easy to use and functional

I was really impressed with how well packaged the viscometer was in its hard case. I was pleasantly surprised at how easy the stand was to assemble and how quickly it could be taken down to store in the case that has foam inserts already in place To accommodate the unit, a cut was made. I found the NDJ-350 to be very easy to set up and operate, although the instructions are quite minimal. As someone who had no experience with rotary viscometers, I found the NDJ-350 very easy to understand. It was easy to learn 5s. One thing that wasn't clearly defined in the instructions and took some digging through other sources was the way to determine the proper insertion depth of the spindles, especially the #4. Our ability to obtain reliable and consistent results was enhanced once we clarified this issue.

We bought the item, and it had a defect in one of the rotors, however we made the switch with Amazon, and the new product worked just as well. Whether it's a doubt or a question, the seller is very quick to respond.
