The calibration oil has a moisture content of what percent?

In accordance with the instructions, calibration oil must be used in conjunction with the reference block. After you have applied the oil to the shiny surface of the reference block, place it on top of the prism and lightly press it down. The eye piece should be pointed towards the day light and it should be focused. You should be able to see your blue/white line at 78 once you have focused. There is almost no brix in this crop. On the scale, there is a reference line to the right of that reading. It is recommended that the moisture content be
