Our Coleman Family tent had a broken spoke on one of the hubs, so we had to fabricate a replacement. That was a great use of it. It's simple to work with and you can shape it however you want.

Comparing the rod I received to others I purchased elsewhere, it is a Derlin rod. An assembly project that needed turning and drilling worked well with this solution The milling process.
