During various temperature fluctuations, item did not react as expected. Upon consulting with the manufacturer, no changes were made. There is a possibility it needs to be re-engineered by the manufacturer. Chemical treatments that increase heat.

Your form of set must be shaped and the nitinol should be annealed as it is. The temperature was 925 degrees.
