Straight and double-checked when it arrived. wrapped, and even came with a cute little QC certificate, but at a price, as others have mentioned. They're a thou too small for 3/8", measuring 374". The real issue, I believe, is that they are 9-inch rods, not 3/8-inch rods. 5mm - If that's the case, they appear to be spot on. 001mm. br>br>In my case, it makes no difference - I'm going to have to reduce them to. In any case, 357" should suffice, and these appear to be adequate.
Not 0 inches, but 3735 inches. 375 I got the following parts: 1. Undersized by 5 thou. This was a problem for my application, but it's most likely industry standard tolerance. Apart from that, everything was as expected. If this tolerance is normal, it should be listed as order 0 in the description. Instead of 0, it's 375 brass. Brass number 3735.
The diameter, material, and length are all correct. To put it another way, it's exactly what I was looking for.
Machineability is excellent; I used it to make new bushings for the motors of a vibrating massage chair, and the chair is now much more relaxing. Seven of the motors' bushings were worn out, and they wouldn't turn on; now they're all functional.
Ideal for machine shop projects at home. Small parts, pens, decorative items, and accents in larger projects are all possible with these rods.
Thanks.
