Great, but crooked

This is my second order, and while the product is excellent, the shipping service is not. You can't put something like this in a shopping envelope and expect the carrier to fold it in half before putting it in your mailbox. I gave this problem two times of feedback.

Ships in a bad way

I've been buying this product for decades and it's great. Dropping a package of thin, straight brass rod into a plastic envelope, on the other hand, is not the best way to ship them.
