Is this a genuine 3/8-inch screw?

I actually just took a measurement of the bar (. 412)br>I didn't do anything to it except etch it with a wire brush. So, the . 375 must be expressed in decimal form, just as lumber is notated at the mill. I hope this has been of assistance.

Is this real brass, or is it a knock-off? I'd like to use it for forging, and I'd like to make sure it's genuine brass before putting it in the crucible. ?

That's right, it's no longer a flat bar! Yes, it required wire grinding, sanding, priming, and painting

A gate latch of the required length, as well as some JB Weld. And then there's my wacky paper towel holder holder. So, I originally placed the paper towel dispenser above the microwave/convection oven in my kitchen, and the air exhaust blowing out the vents was far more than I anticipated, and moving it to my motor home kitchen was simply not feasible, nor was I willing. As it was, all I had to do was make this neat little weighted bar that I conjured up in my head, with a dash of craziness thrown in for good measure. It became more than it was intended to be (sort of twice), but as it turned out, primed painted, and detailed with a Cross and a peace sign, it gave the appearance of an unraveling flying paper towel conundrum. a deliberate act It was my thing, whether I liked it or not. I acquire objects and transform them into something new. Yes, it's insane, but the coolness lies in the tranquility. There will be no further flights. And it stays put, just like a gate latch and brass bar are supposed to do, thanks to JB Weld. with the intention of Is there a thesaurus nearby?.

Brass of excellent quality

I make custom knives and needed some brass to make a guard. Brass was easy to work with and shaped exactly how I wanted it. It gave the knife a nice visual balance with the other materials it was made of. I plan to buy more in the future.

I bought this to make a necklace pendant as well as a few other projects. It arrived promptly and in perfect condition. It had a fake yellowy coating on it, and the brass underneath was lighter than in the pictures, but it still looked great once it was finished.
