Well, at least I have better booty bands now than I had prior to. However, I think they have stretched out after daily use (it's been a week since I received them), so they tend to have less resistance now than when they were new.

An unpleasant burn on the booty

It hurts like crazy to feel your booty burn. Rubber bands do a great job for upper body and deadlift work. But, it's good for leg work because it's a bit flexible. Any application would be great for these. In the areas where you don't want them to roll or slip around your thighs or calves. My pants don't slide or roll at all. I don't slip or roll on my bare legs either. The range of motion may not be as wide as they are with rubber because those are tight. Apart from that, they're really good and will give you some extra lift through your booty.

I was more than satisfied with the quality of the work. In total, I have purchased 2 sets of the "pull-out" mats Previously, same company offered "up assist bands," which were versatile and of good quality for gym use. These are the results of my research. Not only are they great for targeting underactive muscles, but they can also be used when working out the booty. My only regret is that I shouldn't have purchased the lighter model, since I mostly bought these for personal training clients and the resistance is considerable. Regular workouts are one of my favorite things to do. You can't rely on cheap resistance bands you usually buy because they wear out and, worst In the end, I bought them after reading the reviews. As a matter of fact, I don't consider myself to be any sort of weenie. However, the lightest one was barely usable! In addition, I have no idea how anyone with larger thighs would even be able to get this There are so many features that make them hard to use, I honestly considered returning them. There were a set of leg bands that I used that were just different gauges of heavy-duty cord They eventually wore out because they were made of heavy-duty flat rubber. As I searched for Booty Bands, I saw them as exactly what I needed well-designed and they seemed to be exactly what I needed - When worn on the thigh, they are reinforced, made, and do not roll on the surface. I am aware of this but My first instinct was to call the police as soon as I unpacked these. A skeletal person who doesn't have thigh meat will find these useful. Despite the lightest weight (small one), I barely got the small one around my thighs, so I took a look at the included workout book to see if the ankle and wrist bands were intended for that purpose. It is super cute how the colors coordinate! bands, their quality is excellent, especially for the price they were paid. They are thick and durable, yet they are lightweight and portable too. The little carry case that they come in is perfect for carrying them around with you. With even the lightest band, I like the resistance and feel far more comfortable using them to work out my booty than ankle weights do. Over the past year (since quarantine), I have had these. In spite of being a total beginner to the subject of booty bands, It is my pleasure to work with Comfortable and non-slipping, the bands are a great choice. It looks like my hips are in better shape. I noticed that a very small amount of elastic cord protruded slightly when I started using them, but this didn't persist for months and months. My use is not affected by it, and I do not feel it. There is no way these can be short. The only thing I've accomplished since I've had them a year is I've moved to the medium-sized Strong band! Each band is adjustable so that if the exercise is too difficult, you can hike the band up towards your bottom to make it easier (like squatting). You can make it harder by moving the band closer to your knees if it's too easy. As a result of prolonged use, the bands seem to stretch a little bit. I was able to fit these bands on my medium wrist Knees that are relatively small. I imagine that the bands would be tricky to wear if you have thick thighs. Certain photographs in the ads depict a band that appears to be unrealistically loose.
