It is useful for increasing arms and leg strength and there are too many aspects of it to deal with The rope is 50 yds and normally we cut off about 4 feet and use it this way, but this is a resistance band. Imagine pulling or pushing or how a cable machine would work.
In my practice, this is the color most frequently used by my elderly patients. Some movements can be doubled with it if it is long enough.

This is the order I placed for 50 yard rolls of Thera-Flex 1 box of 50 yard Latex Thera and 1 band (red) This is a band (green). I was surprised by the speed at which they arrived yesterday. Those bands stank so bad that I had to throw them out of the house. There is an unpleasant odor in the air, and I hope the wind will blow it away. If it wasn't for the smell, I would have given a 5 star rating. How am I supposed to know whether my students will be able to cope with it?.
It seems like I should have bought the thicker one on its own rather than the three-pack.
As the description didn't specify that it was latex, it was unclear what it was. There is a powdery feeling to it.
