In most cases, the first FlexBar we recommend a person purchase will be the Red FlexBar and they can progress upward as their injury heals For those experiencing higher levels of pain, we recommend you start at Yellow, the lowest resistance, and build on that. Then graduate to the next color and decrease the repetitions. You can begin by doing 3 sets of 15 exercises twice a day. You should keep in mind that the exercise will be painful at first, but this should subside within a week.
Flexbars are great for people experiencing elbow pain in both elbows, but can still be used by those with one elbow problem. I would like to point out that Please note * You may feel some pain for one to two weeks after using the flexbar exercise for the first time.
After I had surgery for arthritis pain in my thumb, I used it as part of my therapy.

I'm not considering this because I believe that it is the cheapest), but I'm considering this since it works! My reasoning for purchasing this has to do with its purpose. I broke my neck while wrestling a few years ago An injury such as concussion, blackout, or pinched nerve can be devastating. However, I didn't really think that I needed surgery and I decided to live with it. Even though the pain subsided temporarily, it did not go away, and the pinched nerve is still there. It's been over 45 years since I started this! (Wow, has it really been that I'm so sorry! it has flared up and is affecting Although we're not talking about life and death here, when the point comes that I can't even pick up a cup of coffee, I suppose it's time to get serious. (Can you hear the I'd like to make a call to The action I took was to try out some light therapy, which led me to This seemed like a good place to start, so I ordered what they generally refer to as the "medium" version of this from another vendor. can only assume that pride played a part in that decision since I have had a very long athletic career including karate, weights, heavy weights, jogging, tennis, etc. As I was looking at the green one I realized I should have put my pride aside. The pain and difficulty were too much for me I think you should bite the bullet and try one with red light. It does not come with a booklet or In this case, the red one from this vendor was less expensive, and it contained some reasonably comprehensive instruction materials (for such a simple product), including color images and explanations of the product, as well as a booklet illustrating a dozen or so possible exercises that can be done with it. So, to end this review, I will say first that the vendor and the product itself My Theraband product is impressive and clearly better supported than the other "stick" I bought (although the other stick is fine on its own, but clearly the Thera-Band is better! actually work? It may be too early to claim this definitively, but I believe that it is. In that case, and assuming everything goes as I expect, I'll just switch These are baby steps, however, though I honestly think using these sticks when I started my journey has been the most beneficial. (One final point. In the instruction/description, the equivalent "weight" of the red and green colors is ten pounds for the red ones and fifteen pounds for the green ones - other colors are supplied at a lower weight. The main problem is that green sticks did not assign actual NUMBERS to these products, which is understandable considering elastic materials do not provide actual "weight" However, being able to obtain quantitative guides is always nice. A smile could be seen on my face.
This is amazing! It's been years since I had a really bad tennis elbow (lateral epicondylitis). My tendinitis became so severe that I could hardly open doors or twist open water bottles due to the acuteness of this condition. Even though I sought two surgeons and went through years of physical therapy, I only saw marginal improvements. In the beginning, I wasn't confident that this would help when a third doctor recommended it, I began to believe it would As far as I was concerned, it was just another pointless Then I realized it was a big mistake! What a great thing. In spite of the fact that I had been told to do three sets of five, I couldn't even complete one of them. Several days after persisting with my treatment, I felt the pain subside and my arm started to improve rapidly ahead of schedule. The exercises are no longer controversial for me they make a big difference in my life. The information has since been shared with other tennis and pickle ball players and they are also now believers. The information would have come in handy if I had known about it sooner. ridges on the ridges can give you blisters, so I wear workout gloves during my three sets of five exercises every day to protect my hands from blisters. You can watch the video on YouTube showing how this is done by watching the Theraband flexbar video.
My hand was injured after surgery so I purchased the Flexbar to help with the rehabilitation. so I chose the red one because I wanted something a little more challenging. The black one seems to be just like the yellow one except for its color. I was expecting it to be thicker and more difficult in comparison with the yellow one. She bought a red one because she had tennis elbow and I told her that this was supposed to help. It wasn't just an accident, as both hers and mine were the same size. The older version might have been better suited to us, so I wonder if we should have bought the "newer" version.
A tennis elbow development resulted in an ego issue (too much weight on my curls) and a constant aching pain through the elbow, which made it difficult to do biceps curls, especially the eccentric part. And it affected my back and shoulders as well. As soon as it appeared, I was told I needed to stop lifting until it vanished. In its place, I bought this and it was in the gym immediately afterward. This is not something I do as often as I should, but I do it between sets when working out the While I do look like an idiot at the gym, it makes a huge difference to my body. To give you a sense of my size and strength, I am 5'2" and about 112. The red works perfectly for me. In my experience, the green one had too much resistance (for me), which exacerbated my pain.
I started to feel it radiate down my arm after it got so bad. The Flex Bar looked promising, so I decided to give it a shot. This is an easy and cheap way to get your nails done. Since I was only doing it a few times a day I was almost pain free after a couple of days! I was blown away and happy in my heart and with my arms! It would be nice if this could resolve the entire issue There is no way to predict what will happen.
